If your pain is out of control you should contact your doctor

A certain amount is inevitable but you seem to be in considerable pain. Also slow down on your expectations and do a little at a time

    Take care

Tynenol  - not very strong, and cannot take too many, DO NOT OVERDOSE.

Dialudid - Thats your strong medication.  - 2mg (A little on the light side I would have thought)

I was on Endone (like morphine) 5mg up to 4 times a day, but makes me very dopey, or stoned as my sons says, I was able to drop to only two a day after day 5 or 6, and then only to go to bed on, for about 10 days, makes you horribly constipated,   then able to drop to 6 Panadol (same as Tynenol or close) for another 14 days, Then able to get rid of Pain medication completely.  I found out you can take Panadol & Endone together, one tops up the other, and seems to make it work faster, but you MUST ASK YOUR DOCTOR if not sure, or they have not made it clear.  At very minimum ask your chemist, and make sure it is the chemist you are talking to, not the shop assistant.

Sounds like you are doing very well. Tuck that well stuffed, pillow between your knees when you are lying on your side, or get someone to do it for you. Do you have a over the toilet seat, so you don't have to get down too far, so painful getting back up again otherwise, I know not very nice, but neccessary in my case, and the Re-hab people do insist you have before you have surgery here in Australia. they come out and check your home. Don't try too hard to push yourself at this stage, just do a little more each day, and I do mean a little, if you push too hard you will strain something, and then you will be trying to heal that as well, you have enough to put up with. Do your physio exercises, you should have at least 4-5 basic's that will stretch out those muscles in your pelvis. Let me know if they have not given you exercises to do, and I will track down mine and pass on.
