Hi-I wason 225mg of Venlofaxine for 12 years and The dotor decided to change me to sertraline in November last year. I have crossed-over to 50mg of sertraline-butafter 6 weeks felt they were not doing anything for my mood or state of wellbeing. My GP Has upted the dose to 100mg 3 weeks ago- and I am no better.

I have no motivation,no interest in anything and wontgo out-??I feel they are not doing me any good at all- However I have an appointment to revisit my gp in 2 weeks time...hoping for some insight. At least on venlofaxine I felt I had a Life worth living... I was just angry x

Probably you need higher dose as you were on 250 in other med , it works defferent with every one but it's a good med as all the reviews I've read . For me it did something ofcourse can't deny it but I still have blips from time to time I was never on any antidepressants before but it happened and I'm seeing my doc soon for refill , I'm ok but still feel uneasy and scared at times ,will see how it will go . I hope for the best to all of us and fast recovery .

Yes I'm calm now but not as I used to be before all this mess . There is always a fear inside and uneasy from time to time , I can handle it . I don't know if I need to up the dose or just it takes time ?
