10 weeks since I had my prolapse operation

Just wanted to give a follow up to my operation.  It went very well, a sore backside for one week.  Didn't have a bath for a long while and followed all the doctor's advice.  She still wants me to do 100 pelvic floor exercises every day, which I can only manage about 20 if I think about.  I have tried sex once about 2 weeks ago but didn't feel comfortable.  I am going to wait abit longer.  The only thing I am not happy about is I get incontinent playing tennis.  I am back to tennis and play 3 times per week but jumping around and being quite active I have to wear a light pad and on a Sat playing the men I feel the leakage will show.  I also ride a bike not far nearly every day.  I am close to 71.  I am very glad I had the operation and hope my incontinence improves.  I never had it playing tennis before.  I hope someone with the same situation can say the incontinence will disappear.

What kind of prolapse did you have. I have a prolapse of the uterus stage 3? Just don't know if I should do surgery. I have only my uterus in my vagina with not really any symptoms. What did you have?
