100% WORKING TREATMENT for my IBS!

Hi, I am writing this to try to help everybody that I can because I have been on the same boat as you guys and gone through this living hell for 3 years!!!  Short description about my previous case was that I could almost eat nothing, only eat what is normally designated for IBS menu, I was always feeling that I had to go to the Bathroom, I would have IBS-D attacks daily, even taking a lot of Imodium would not work totally, painful bowel cramps, the whole works… I could go on with the list…but you guys already know what are the symptoms from personal experience.

Doctors give this autoimmune disease the name of IBS because they are totally clueless of why this happens, so they just grab all the symptoms and put them in one bag calling it IBS… to me it is just the doctors another way of saying they are clueless but they don´t want to show it to us so they won´t look bad.

Dr. Pimentel who has come up with the theory about SIBO is the cause makes me think that he is correct, this is the only one doctor that had a clue.

Now for the Treatment that I used daily :

From 10 gram to 30 grams of L-Glutamine, to repair the damaged intestinal mucosa and lining. Repairing this will block big food particles from entering the blood stream directly due to the holes in the intestinal lining cause by the bad bacteria.

12 billion Probiotic daily at least, start by using the 50 billion probiotic and then after seeing results you may try to decrease to cheaper probiotics, but don´t go below 10 billion.

Using the SIBO treatment first if desired:

Use Xifaxan ( Rifaximin) antibiotic to wipe out the bad bacteria but this will also wipe out the good bacteria ( check for Dr. Pimentel’s SIBO treatment). While you are doing this, I advise you to take probiotics daily to compensate the bacterial slaughter in the intestines. You can also start L-Glutamine ate the same time to repair the intestinal mucosa and Lining.

After the Xifaxan Treatment, keep on taking the heavy duty 50 billion probiotic daily and glutamine. After getting better, you may try to change the dosages of L-Glutamine and Probiotics and see how you adapt to lower dosages to try to save money.

Since many if not all IBS people are prone to getting E.Coli overgrowth again, you will have to keep on taking L-Glutamine and Probiotics for the rest of your life. I am on this treatment for 1 year and now I eat Pizza, Junk food, Spicy food, drink sodas and Coca-Colas and am totally normal as I was before. I will not say I am cured because it must be an auto-immune disease, but you may keep it in check and be 100% normal by just taking this for the rest of you days ( L-Glutamine and Probiotics).

I have tried previously all know medications for IBS, Antidepressants, anxiolytics , antispasmodics, tried acupuncture, etc. and I was only 30% better, because this medicines do not fix the problem, the just drug your gut to numbness…

This treatment will take around 6 months to reach 100% improvement, but you will notice improvements after 2 months, so be patient.

Good Luck to all and may god help you!

    Hello Maurice

What is difference between vsl#3 capsule and sachet. ..Both are same

    • Posted

As I said above they're the same, its just different formats.

      1 pill 110 billion bacteria

      1 sachet 450 billion bacteria

Also there are some added components for the pills capsule in it itself that the sachet doesn't have but I guess that's less relevant.

What about the difference between glutamine powder and tablets.  Everyone but me seems to have the powder - the tablets are very low dose so you would have to take 5-10 a day to be the same dose - i assume these are not the right thing?

Hi, the only thing that matters here is if summing them all up will be equal to the dosages that are recommended. If it is in pill or powder for does not matter.

That and the price is a lot more expensive. I am currently trying the L-glutamine powder from gnc but there are cheaper alternatives out there...

    Hi Maurice,

I just made an account in order to reply to your post. I've the whole discussion and am ready to give the Xifaxan/probiotics/L-Glutamine a try. I am not sure whether I even have IBS (as there isn't really a test for it), but when I was younger I used to have all the sympoms, and now, with the help of a very limiting diet, the only problem I have left is weird stomach/intestine noises (especially when lying down) which basically destroys my life. Might I cure my condition with your approach? I am also wondering how long you took the Xifaxan - I have a package with 12 x 200mg here, will this suffice or do I have to take more tablets? I know they are also sold in 550mg strength, but not where I live. I don't weigh very much, so 12 tablets of 200mg might suffice?

    Thanks,

    Isabelle

Hi, you should check with your doctor first, he is the best to tell you how to take it.

I do not  remember well the dosage and I think that it was around 30 days. But I think that normally the doctors say that it is 15 days, which I think that my doctor went overboard when I was given for 30 days.

I think that the dosage is written somewhere in the middle of all theses posts. You will just have to read through because I cannot remember the dosage because it was one year ago, but I know that I have it written somewhere before months ago. Just read through and you will find the comment with the dosage. Good Luck smile

    Absolutely works.

Last year I had a bacteria infection and was given a course of antibiotics.after which I then suffered for 6 months of stomach colon kidneys and bowl cramps.i had blood and urine tests all Ok. I was diagnosed with ibs.then went on the soluble fibre diet which helped the pains a bit.then I read about l glutamine and probiotic combination and OMG I'm fine.

In the last 2 months I tried not taking the l glutamine and probiotics twice and on both occasions the pains returned.

I can now eat the insoluble fibres brown bread veg n fruit.

when I was told I had ibs and it could be with me indefinitely I nearly broke down the thought of having those pains and cramps all the time but I'm now back to normal . I've been going to the gym in the last 3 weeks too something I hadn't done for 8 months.

Hi, I was wondering if its safe to use neomycin &  rifaximin at the same time

Also, how would you know if you need to use neomycin to treat methane gas inside your stomach? Is neomycin is general safe to use or are there other alternitives to that medicine ?

    Thanks!

Hi, do not know much about neomycin. You will have to check with your doctor.

      Hey Maurice!! smile

i just ordered some natural herbal antibiotics

but i'm not sure if what i have is IBS. My stomach mainly makes intestinal noises and also near my rear, it sounds as if i'm passing gas but i'm not. LOL its so embarassing, do you think taking your approach would cure it ?

Also, i tested negative for h pylori

I'm not sure what to do.

      Thanks smile

Forgot to ask, is it 30 milligrams or 30 grams of L- Glutamine?

      Thanks a lot!! :D

I have exactly the same problem, only noises, but almost never diarrhea and other ibs symptoms. I'm now on day three of the L-Glutamine / Probiotics course, AND IT IS ALREADY BETTER. I think it is mainly the L-Glutamine that does it, since I've been taking probiotics before with no great effect. L-Glutamine does a good job at healing leaky gut syndrom (which is what produces the noises I think), I'm also taking digestive enzymes. I've had the noises for years and years and I really hope this is going to cure me!

      Very good advice..

Also I would like to add...  eat yogurt for live good gut bacteria everday, with L- Glitamine.

Also keep a journal of foods that make your tummy upset. Take pills for gas before u eat . Tere is a list of foods that cause gas online.

I do not eat out much a big problem. I never know what they put in foods how fresh or laying out too long. Fried foods is stale, rancid oils and certain veggies and fruits I stay away from.

Anti biotics kill all the good bacteria so I take Diflucan with them and eat yogurt plain. Never have issues that way.

There is no one size fits all method to this , but this it's a start.

      Kind Regards

      HOPEconfused

hahaha i thought i was the only with this problem, i really don't know what it could be but leaky gut syndrome is a possibility

sometimes its constipation but i dunno :S  YAYAYAY i'm planning on buying some today before going to an event *fingers crossed*

the digestive enzymes are definitely helping, not as much gas & bloating &  the noises have died down though i would like to eliminate them forever! sad

does it matter when i take the l-glutamine, before or after antiobiotics ? & can i take the 30g all at once?

    • Posted

Hi, you can take l-gluamine whenever you want, it only matters that you take the probióticos at least 3 hours later because the antibiotic will kill all the bacteria in your guts, good and bad. About taking all 30 grams of glutamina at once, only you will see if you feel ok or not.
    • Posted

thank you so much for your help smile

i took 10grams of glutamine in the morning today and i felt very gassy & had stomach cramps, is this normal & good ? :O

if you take digestive enzymes , do you have to take them forever or can you train your stomach to work properly without the reliance of them?

    • Posted

Hi, try to take l-glutamine with food then or start with a lower dosage in the beginning and work you way up when you feel that it is ok. But i think just taking it with food should do the trick. About the enzymes, i never took them, so i cannot say much about it, you will have to check it yourself. Good luck
