100% WORKING TREATMENT for my IBS!

Hi, I am writing this to try to help everybody that I can because I have been on the same boat as you guys and gone through this living hell for 3 years!!!  Short description about my previous case was that I could almost eat nothing, only eat what is normally designated for IBS menu, I was always feeling that I had to go to the Bathroom, I would have IBS-D attacks daily, even taking a lot of Imodium would not work totally, painful bowel cramps, the whole works… I could go on with the list…but you guys already know what are the symptoms from personal experience.

Doctors give this autoimmune disease the name of IBS because they are totally clueless of why this happens, so they just grab all the symptoms and put them in one bag calling it IBS… to me it is just the doctors another way of saying they are clueless but they don´t want to show it to us so they won´t look bad.

Dr. Pimentel who has come up with the theory about SIBO is the cause makes me think that he is correct, this is the only one doctor that had a clue.

Now for the Treatment that I used daily :

From 10 gram to 30 grams of L-Glutamine, to repair the damaged intestinal mucosa and lining. Repairing this will block big food particles from entering the blood stream directly due to the holes in the intestinal lining cause by the bad bacteria.

12 billion Probiotic daily at least, start by using the 50 billion probiotic and then after seeing results you may try to decrease to cheaper probiotics, but don´t go below 10 billion.

Using the SIBO treatment first if desired:

Use Xifaxan ( Rifaximin) antibiotic to wipe out the bad bacteria but this will also wipe out the good bacteria ( check for Dr. Pimentel’s SIBO treatment). While you are doing this, I advise you to take probiotics daily to compensate the bacterial slaughter in the intestines. You can also start L-Glutamine ate the same time to repair the intestinal mucosa and Lining.

After the Xifaxan Treatment, keep on taking the heavy duty 50 billion probiotic daily and glutamine. After getting better, you may try to change the dosages of L-Glutamine and Probiotics and see how you adapt to lower dosages to try to save money.

Since many if not all IBS people are prone to getting E.Coli overgrowth again, you will have to keep on taking L-Glutamine and Probiotics for the rest of your life. I am on this treatment for 1 year and now I eat Pizza, Junk food, Spicy food, drink sodas and Coca-Colas and am totally normal as I was before. I will not say I am cured because it must be an auto-immune disease, but you may keep it in check and be 100% normal by just taking this for the rest of you days ( L-Glutamine and Probiotics).

I have tried previously all know medications for IBS, Antidepressants, anxiolytics , antispasmodics, tried acupuncture, etc. and I was only 30% better, because this medicines do not fix the problem, the just drug your gut to numbness…

This treatment will take around 6 months to reach 100% improvement, but you will notice improvements after 2 months, so be patient.

Good Luck to all and may god help you!

I did send you private message but maybe it is better to ask here so others can see it:

Xifaxan ( Rifaximin) is not possible to get in my country or even countires that surround me (even l-glutamine is hard to find), what do you think (from your perspective, experience and toughts) is the part of taking Xifaxan crucial for 100% healing?

Hi, you may try without the Xifaxan, but that means that it will take longer to kill of the bad bacteria and get cured. Good Luck

hey!! smile  I just created an account here to tell you that actually, my doctor prescribed something very similar to this: Rifaximin for a few days, along with probiotics (50 million capsules) and 5g of L-glutamine twice a day (powder form from GNC). I must say this truly truly worked for me, just when I thought there was no hope and that I had to live with it for the rest of my life (I had been dealing with post infectious IBS-D for months). Within 6 days of taking the L-glutamine, my digestion totally came back to normal and I could actually eat like a normal person again. Now I don't even take L-glutamine anymore (I was on it for about a month and a half or two), although I do try to take probiotics on a regular basis, and my digestion is great, NO MORE IBS-D and no more bloating! I don't even have any problems with my stomach at all. This is really really helpful, please give it a try, for all of you going through this horrible thing smile

Nice to see that u r cured..I have been suffering from IBS since 2007...after reading your post I added 5 g l glutamibe twice a day for 1 week with probiotics..but I found one attack within that period..should I continue with d same dose? I'm currently 1 spasmodic drug, 3 digestive enzymes with meals and 2 probiotics one in the morning at empty stomach and another in d evening along with 5 gm glutamine..

Ive consulted a few gastroenterologist..all of them diagnosed me with IBS...

When to take glutamine and how much is needed??

I did a course of anti inflammatory drug and rifaximin..so I think SIBO is ruled out..

    I don't eat lactose, gluten..

Hi, check with your doctor, it has been a long time and ... now I am am not sure for how long, it feels like it was in a past life time. Maybe read earlier posts here, I may have written the duration of my treatment, I think that it was 30 days if I am not mistaken. good luck.

Hi, I have IBS-C, not D... but really I hardly have C, I'm just closer to that side of the equation.

My main symtpom is bloating. My stomach is chronically bloated. I'm getting a SIBO test on the 12th, and have had these IBS symptoms for half a year since getting a stomach infection.

Will L-Glutamine and probiotics help me as well, or your method specifically for IBS-D? Anybody here with IBS-C try out OP's method?

    Thanks.

Guys do you know there may be any connection between infection in tooth and  these stomach problems discussed here?

    Hi

I know it has been a year since anyone has posted on this so im praying for a replysmile, I am a 16 year old boy who suffers from IBS-D. My symptoms are, diarhea, urgency to have a bowel movement, and an incomplete feeling of having a bowel movement. Is it possible for me to get rid of my symptoms by using your method because i do not know if i have SIBO?

It's worth a shot.  My doctor prescribed something similar to what Maurice is suggesting but in lower doses.  I'm in the process of getting a stronger probiotc and upping my L-Glutamine intake.  I've also been taking Vitamin D since mine was pretty low.  Good luck!

Hi, it is your best shot to get rid of IBS-D, I believe that almost all cases are related to this bad bacteria overgrowth. Not the cases that have physical/genetics related bowel issues. Give it a shot and good luck smile
