100% WORKING TREATMENT for my IBS!

Hi, I am writing this to try to help everybody that I can because I have been on the same boat as you guys and gone through this living hell for 3 years!!!  Short description about my previous case was that I could almost eat nothing, only eat what is normally designated for IBS menu, I was always feeling that I had to go to the Bathroom, I would have IBS-D attacks daily, even taking a lot of Imodium would not work totally, painful bowel cramps, the whole works… I could go on with the list…but you guys already know what are the symptoms from personal experience.

Doctors give this autoimmune disease the name of IBS because they are totally clueless of why this happens, so they just grab all the symptoms and put them in one bag calling it IBS… to me it is just the doctors another way of saying they are clueless but they don´t want to show it to us so they won´t look bad.

Dr. Pimentel who has come up with the theory about SIBO is the cause makes me think that he is correct, this is the only one doctor that had a clue.

Now for the Treatment that I used daily :

From 10 gram to 30 grams of L-Glutamine, to repair the damaged intestinal mucosa and lining. Repairing this will block big food particles from entering the blood stream directly due to the holes in the intestinal lining cause by the bad bacteria.

12 billion Probiotic daily at least, start by using the 50 billion probiotic and then after seeing results you may try to decrease to cheaper probiotics, but don´t go below 10 billion.

Using the SIBO treatment first if desired:

Use Xifaxan ( Rifaximin) antibiotic to wipe out the bad bacteria but this will also wipe out the good bacteria ( check for Dr. Pimentel’s SIBO treatment). While you are doing this, I advise you to take probiotics daily to compensate the bacterial slaughter in the intestines. You can also start L-Glutamine ate the same time to repair the intestinal mucosa and Lining.

After the Xifaxan Treatment, keep on taking the heavy duty 50 billion probiotic daily and glutamine. After getting better, you may try to change the dosages of L-Glutamine and Probiotics and see how you adapt to lower dosages to try to save money.

Since many if not all IBS people are prone to getting E.Coli overgrowth again, you will have to keep on taking L-Glutamine and Probiotics for the rest of your life. I am on this treatment for 1 year and now I eat Pizza, Junk food, Spicy food, drink sodas and Coca-Colas and am totally normal as I was before. I will not say I am cured because it must be an auto-immune disease, but you may keep it in check and be 100% normal by just taking this for the rest of you days ( L-Glutamine and Probiotics).

I have tried previously all know medications for IBS, Antidepressants, anxiolytics , antispasmodics, tried acupuncture, etc. and I was only 30% better, because this medicines do not fix the problem, the just drug your gut to numbness…

This treatment will take around 6 months to reach 100% improvement, but you will notice improvements after 2 months, so be patient.

Good Luck to all and may god help you!

Hi Maurice, just created the account to thank you.. AFTER 3 YEARS OF SUFFERING, I AM CURED THANKS TO YOU..

3 years of IBS-D during college years, my life has never been the same after having food poisoning in China..

I took rifaximine with nistatin (I read in a book that it works better together) for 10 days, I felt nausea, a lot of acid, and vomited 2 times during the process. After the antibiotics, I didnt really see any improvements until I started to take L-glutamine, SCD yogurt and saccharomyces boulardi (I read that this probiotic is effective against IBS).

Only after 2 days of this combination, I could pretty much eat anything..

It took me 2 weeks to recover from a 3 years of pain..

Dont give up, its painful to live with IBS as other people said the thought of ending my life crossed my mind.. Honestly living with IBS is just not fair

I went to doctors in US, Korea and South America, and none of them actually helped me, giving me more antibiotics and antidepressant.. No offense, but most of them will not admit that they just dont know and just point it out to stress and depression..

    Some personal experiences:

    1) I take everything on empty stomach, i get nauseus from L glutamine but the feeling is gone after I eat my breakfast

    2) Breath test is one the few things that will confirm you have bacteria overgrowth

    3) Check your stool, if theres bubble coming out of it and breaking apart easily.. its not normal (IBS D)

Hi Idea23 - A couple of questions.  When you mention that if the stool bubbles it's not your normal IBS-D what does that mean?  Is that when you know you have a bacteria overgrowth when the bubbling occurs?  My symptoms are so sporadiac but that doesn't seem to be one of them.  Also what is the strength of saccharomyces boulardi that you use?  I've been reading a lot of good things about that strain but didn't know if they had anything in 20 billion range or not.  Thanks!

Hi Kelly, sorry for the misunderstanding.. if you see bubbles coming out of your stool, it means you have SIBO.. this is something concluded from reading other peoples experiences.. Most of the time, any intense gas problem is from bacterias.

Im currently taking 500 mg sacchoromyces, 250 in the morning along L-glu and at night before sleeping with Zinc and Omega 369.

I would recommend you to buy sacchromyces separated from those blended probiotics.. Also scd 48 hrs yogurt has more probiotics (and no lactose) compared to pills.

      Wish you good luck seriously

Thanks for the clarification.  Early on I would have quite a bit of rumbling along with intense gas.  I would always say that I had a party going on in there because of all of the movement.   That has gotten much better but still happens from time to time.

I was fine until I got really sick while in Florida back in April.  Since then it's been a living nightmare.  I know I need to be patient and things will get better with time but boy do I wish I was my old self from a year ago.   I've had countless tests done and everything has come back negative.  I think the only thing that hasn't been done is a SIBO breath test but I've had stool samples taken so I'm not sure if that was ruling out SIBO or not.  I've pretty much given up on doctors.  The only doctor that has helped is a functional doctor.  He is the one who suggested I take L-Glutamine.  It's then that I started to notice some slight improvement.

I'll make sure to pick up some sacchoromyces today while I'm out. Thank you for your suggestions.  You just never know when you might hit the jackpot by adding in one more ingredient to the mix.  Thank you for sharing your success story.   They always bring a smile to my face and gives me hope that soon I will be sharing my success story.  Take care and stay well.

    An update from me.

Been taking L Glutamine for 6 months now. I can't say I've noticed any real improvement.

What I would say is that some people on here are using it to enable themselves to eat omega 6 rich foods (junk food) which are pro inflammatory. So I ask them why? I don't think my body will ever cope with such foods ever again and is that a bad thing? As long as I eat healthy I keep my IBS at bay.

So eat healthily and don't waste time and money on this :-)

High dosges of L glutamine(30-40 gm) along with high potency probiotic those actually work..but if your main issue is bloating, go for rifaximin for 10 days and use either s.boulardii or bacillus clausi...

S.boulardii is outstanding..guaranteed result within 2 days(if u have no other diseases)..but don't skip the dosage as its not permanently colonize...

Bacillus clausi is also very good..but the potency is less...

Loads of different strains of lactobacillus will not help you..

Keep it a try and let us inform uor progress...

      Stay blessed..

Thanks Akash I will look into it although I'm pretty fed up with trying stuff now.

As we all try different stuff and wind up with the same result I wonder if our bodies are really just healing themselves over time.

How do you come by this Rifaximin Akash? Here in the U.K. You can only get ABs on script through a dr and they are uber reluctant to scribe them these days.

My naturopath said it was really important to take L-Glutamine a certain way,

but now I can't remember the order.

You can take it with or without food, but each way gives you different results. One way allows it to go straight to the intestines, but the other way makes it go straight to your muscles instead. Anyone know?

I took L-glutamine for awhile and didn't notice much change, but maybe I'll give it a go again. Either way, it could benefit my recovery from weightlifting.

      Hi Sabrina,

You must take on an empty stomach to help with the intestines. I researched how to take it thoroughly and that was the general consensus.

Alongside no real improvement I also found it didn't stop my sugar cravings as claimed! So now I'm wondering if it actually has any purpose other than building muscle!
