Just want to put it out there that today has been 18 sober!!! 😊😊😊

I calculated an abuse of a weekly average of 50 (6oz) glasses of wine a week.

What is very surprising is the lack of interest I have in picking it back up.

    Sounds like you have been given the gift of sobriety if you are having no desires to pick it back up and Thank God for that.

    Its great you have 18 days..keep going!

      I had 3 weeks sober yesterday smile.

      Hey i didnt see your message, sometimes the alerts are not working ok. I am not so good at the minute i have to say. Still hard being on my own to honest. Seeing my son tm though so maybe that will be the thing i need. He needs that too. I lost it there for a bit but there has to be a way for this to be better. To be fair it couldnt be much worse. 

      REALLY WELL DONE FOR THE 3 WEEKS!! Keep going xxx I know its hard but your doing it x

    I want to be like you. Just leave it and never go back again to drinking. You have done so well. Reading messages like yours gives me hope that maybe things can be ok again. The gift of sobriety is an amazing thing.

      Thanks Sharon. smile Yesterday made 3 weeks. It has been so long since I can sat that. The furthest I have made it was 16 days and that was last Ausgust.

      Thanks Gwen! smile I am in fact. More so that I have no major urges to go back. I mean I do sometimes dream about it and sometimes I start to think about it but then I throw it back into my imaginary filling cabinet at the back of my brain so I don't overthink it and create the desire.
