25 and have never retracted foreskin from penis
Posted , 6 users are following.
Don't ask why or how but I have never fully retracted foreskin from penis.
Now when I try it barely stretches around the pee hole and there's something connecting from the Underside of penis to pee hole. Also I think I have some kind of dorsal veins connecting from shaft of penis to head of penis.
I've made an appointment to see urologist and I think I'm going to ask for circumcision.
I'm really scared and nervous about this, is my condition very serious???? Will I still be able to use my penis the way it should be???????
any information rather it good or bad news will be helpful. Please and thank you.
P.s please don't make fun of me

I don't know why you're so keen to recommend circumcision, and this isn't the first time. Many men are happy to be circumcised, but plenty of men aren't, even when they chose it themselves.
These are just some of the men circumcised as adults who regretted it:
Adult film star Rocco Siffredi (the "Italian Stallion" called his decision "catastrophic" and that being intact "you can feel much more fun".
Adult film star Erik Rhodes
"So to answer the question, after getting all that out… yes i do regret it. I should have just looked for other options before letting some crazy a--hole take a knife to my d-ck and yes i have lost sensitivity. It's just not the same."
Regular guy Nick Kusturis
"After the circumcision I felt nothing, no sensation at all. I knew something wasn't right, but I just thought if I waited, everything would get back to normal. So I waited, I was in denial for the longest time. One day it just hit me that this was not going to change."
(search for "Circumcised at 18" on YouTube to hear his story)
Kim and Pang 2006 studied 255 men circumcised as adults and found that:
"About 6% answered that their sex lives improved, while 20% reported a worse sex life after circumcision.

First of all he need to go to the doctor to see what is going on. It is up to him what he wants to do. I have friends that wish he could have it done but can't because he can't get the money up. He is 28 married and he does not have sex with his wife much because it is very painful. His foreskin get stuck behind the head and he can not get it back tell he his erection goes down. I'm sorry you should not be in pain while your having sex. Another friend which I worked with I saw him ever morning when he went through my gate We work for a car rental company. I did not see him for a few weeks then I went for kidney stone removal And I saw him ask what was he doing at the hospital. He and his GF were messing around and got kinda rough He was not circumcised but with being so rough he torn his foreskin and had to have a circumcise done. I ask him which way did he like it. He said that he felt it more being circumcised and he said that if he would have know he would have had it done before. I guess there are porn and cons. Rich has to make up his mind after he see the doctor. If the doctor can help him with out a circumcision more power to him But that young man need some help. I was cut and so are my 2 sons . I never had a problem. My penis is very sensitive and I have a great feel and my sons have never had any problems. We have to pic what we like I hope the doctor can help him Ken

You suggested circumcision as the first and only option, and questioned why he hadn't had it done already. In your own words:
"If you are having a problem retracting the foreskin then you need to have the circumcision. Your doctor will help you. Why have you waited so long to have this done. ... You will be good to go after the surgery"
For most men with phimosis, that's terrible advice. Maybe you're happy to be circumcised, and that's great, but plenty of men aren't, and there are other options available to fix most cases of phimosis. Most men with phimosis don't need any surgery at all, and circumcision isn't the only surgical option. Personally, I'd pay a year's salary rather than be circumcised. Why would I want the most sensitive and pleasurable parts cut off? That little bit of skin makes a big difference (it's not just there to protect the glans).
"His foreskin get stuck behind the head and he can not get it back tell his erection goes down."
He never said that, and it seems highly unlikely. Are you confusing this with another thread?
Did your friend at the car rental company tear his foreskin rather than his frenulum? That would be very rare, even with rough sex, unless lichen sclerosus is also an issue. A torn frenulum wouldn't usually require circumcision though.

Please Please Please don't go for circumcision without more research and thought. The foreskin can be gradually stretched and has so many pleasure nerve endings, your sexual experience will be seriously diminished if you lose it. Circumcision can't be undone. Get more information before you take this step. You could live with serious regret for the rest of your life.

I've never seen anyone being made fun of this forum. Most cases of phimosis can be fixed with gentle stretching though, possibly with a steroid cream. If the opening is only a few millimetres, then you might be one of the exceptions where surgery is required, but that might be preputioplasty or a dorsal slit rather than circumcision. If your urologist's first and only suggestion is circumcision, then you're probably in the USA, and I'd get a second and even third opinion.
Phimosis isn't "serious", and some men choose to live with it, though personally, I'd want it fixed, even if surgery was required.
"there's something connecting from the Underside of penis to pee hole"
That's the frenulum. I don't see how there could be veins connecting the shaft to the glans (the head) though.
If you want to post a pic, we could say how severe your phimosis is. You need to be on a PC or laptop to add pictures. If you are, then you should see some extra icons towards the top right of where you type, and the right hand icon (which I think is supposed to look like the sun over mountains) will add images.
The pic I've attached here shows the icons.
Please let us know what the urologist says.

I don't have a laptop or computer.
I basically have veins running from shaft of penis to head of penis where it's supposed to be exposed. I did some digging and it looks like some kind of varicose veins, I read online that people get their veins removed or stripped out.
I just hope it isn't a serious deal since it's on the head and can be removed somehow with minimum risk or issue
( I probably replied more than once, it doesn't let me know if I successfully posted a post, srry)

It's quite common for varicose veins to be removed from legs, but I've never heard of it happening on anyone's penis, and although you haven't post a pic, it seems likely that your veins are normal. All penises have visible veins, and one that didn't would look decidedly odd.

Hi Ritchie43289,
I want to thank you for venturing to ask for help with your problem on this forum. Clearly it took some courage as you showed concern that you could risk being made fun of. As I hope you have now found, men come on here primarily to be helpful. Why I also want to thank you is that your posting sparked an interesting conversation about the pros and cons of circumcision. One really interesting aspect is that I see a US UK divide here. We have a common language, but when it comes to cultural differences, we are as wide apart as the North Atlantic!
Thanks also to kenneth1955 and ml66uk for their interesting viewpoints and peaceful argument. I'm a Brit and am grateful our culture in the secular / health world does not circumcise baby boys. I respect religious diverse beliefs, but I wish Jews and Muslims didn't have their sons circumcised. To me religion is about personal faith, which is changeable (I was brought up Christian but now am not practising any religion) - not about belonging to a tribe or social identity. In short I see circumcision of minors as a Human Rights violation.
I'm writing this to explain my first response to you to be very hesitant about asking for circumcision as a solution to your problem. You also seem to be concerned about visible blood vessels. I hope by now you may have realised that unless they hurt or are risking some injury or bleeding, they vary a great deal from individual man to individual man. Yours are, I suspect, within the normal range (but without photos, we others can't help you with that).
I hope, as well as with the circumcision decision, you will consider whether you can accept the way you are made and love yourself unconditionally ("warts and all", that is if your concern is primarily about looks rather than function, which is important and can usually be resolved without drastic treatments.
All the best to you. Please let us know how things develop for you with the medical profession.

Ritchie and everyone.my main concern is for you. Don't go in and ask for a circumcision. Show him what the problem is and see what he can do. There are cream or other things that can be done. I know everyone here whats the best for you. Your 25 and you have a long life ahead. I what you to have the best sex life you can. No one is making fun of you. When a man has a problem who else is he going to ask another man. We have come a long way from my Father's time. No one talk about there private problem. What ever you do. Do the best for you. Good luck with the doctor and let us know how you are. We are all here for you Good Luck Ken

Hey guys, I know it's been a while, I just wanted to give an update.
After visiting urologist, he recommended I sit in warm bath and slowly retract foreskin, I did that and in about a week I can finally expose penis glans!!! No circumcison needed!!!!
Now I have a new obstacle to overcome. Since I have never exposed let alone touch penis head, it's really sensitive when I touch. It doesn't hurt when I touch per se but when I let my penis gland go my finger stick and it kind of hurts, and when it's dry it doesn't hurt or feel that sensitive when I touch.
is this normal given my circumstances? And is there any good tips or advice to desensitize penis glan?
thank you guys for hearing me out

Glad to hear you're able to retract, but surprised the urologist didn't recommend a steroid cream. Keep taking it slow (it shouldn't hurt), and you should aim to be able to fully retract easily when you're hard as well as soft.
As far as your glans being really sensitive, that's normal, and it will diminish over time, though it may take several months. It's more of a problem for men circumcised as adults, but they seem to get used to it. You could just try leaving your foreskin retracted, but that will probably be uncomfortable, and I wouldn't bother trying to desensitise it at all. When you're 10 or 20 years older, you might wish you had more sensitivity.
Thanks for the update!
