So far my plan has been this :
Day 1. Breakfast .. 2 weetabix warm water
Lunch weight watchers veg soup
Snack .. beetroot and onion salad
Dinner.. one small fresh chicken breast,cabbage carrots and sprouts one medium roasted sweet potatoe.
Snack .. muller light fat free yogurt.
Lots of water throughout the day..
Day2. Breakfast one slice whole meal toast 2 poached eggs (small)
Snack .. muller light yogurt
Lunch .. weighr watchers soup one slice whole meal bread
Snack.. yogurt.. cucumbers beetroot
Dinner.. one small fresh chicken breast sprouts carrots chicken stock cube some spices soya sauce (broth soup)
Lots of water and one can diet coke.
I have been following MFP and day one had 9g fat all day
2nd day 19g fat
Is this ok? X
