2nd day on orlistat help with a meal plan please x

So far my plan has been this :
Day 1. Breakfast .. 2 weetabix warm water
Lunch weight watchers veg soup
Snack .. beetroot and onion salad
Dinner.. one small fresh chicken breast,cabbage carrots and sprouts one medium roasted sweet potatoe.
Snack .. muller light fat free yogurt.
Lots of water throughout the day..
Day2. Breakfast one slice whole meal toast 2 poached eggs (small)
Snack .. muller light yogurt
Lunch .. weighr watchers soup one slice whole meal bread
Snack.. yogurt.. cucumbers beetroot
Dinner.. one small fresh chicken breast sprouts carrots chicken stock cube some spices soya sauce (broth soup)
Lots of water and one can diet coke.
I have been following MFP and day one had 9g fat all day
2nd day 19g fat
Is this ok? X

For me the short term plan being 'I want to loose weight NOW' feeling lol! the long term about how I can make meals as interesting as possible and still loose weight. For example how about making your own soup?
I tend to follow the MFP and allow myself 1200 - 1500 calories a day with I think 45g of fat. Although I don't seem to eat more than about 30g of fat in a day.
If you need help with ideas or menu plans SW and WW can be of use or just general diet magazines.
Keep going though it works and each person finds there own way. Remember its a change of life too. :-)

I too want to loose weight now ha but ive just had a baby and put on 4st with him little swine and my problem is i have been skipping meals (not good) ive been trying to find reciepes to follow if either of u have any that would be fab :-) x
