I have been only been on them just over 2 weeks and I have had a decent loss but I do a good bit of exercise 5 to 6 days a week as well. Apart from the soups my diet is pretty similar to yours whole meal bread and I eat the same snacks I can't seem to get enough pickled beetroot

Hi Natasha, well done that looks an incredibly healthy couple of days. I tend to eat a lot more than that.. but then I am a terrible food addict. So I guess you need to think about the short term plan and long term plan.

For me the short term plan being 'I want to loose weight NOW' feeling lol! the long term about how I can make meals as interesting as possible and still loose weight. For example how about making your own soup?

I tend to follow the MFP and allow myself 1200 - 1500 calories a day with I think 45g of fat. Although I don't seem to eat more than about 30g of fat in a day.

If you need help with ideas or menu plans SW and WW can be of use or just general diet magazines.

Keep going though it works and each person finds there own way. Remember its a change of life too. :-)

try symoothies with non dairy yoguart, almond milk, amond butter, fresh fruits, coconut water, honey, protein powder.  and steam all your foods.  and leave the soda alone!  cucumbers may be to hard for you right now.  mashed sweet potatoes are good.  cabbage not so good right now.  steam your sweet potato. eat steamed chicken and fish for a while.  just change your diet.  leave the breads alone too.  just try only for a while and see if it makes a difference.
