3 worst symptoms

I know we are all dealing with tons of different symptoms from this mess but I would be super interested to hear what you consider the 3 most disruptive symptoms that you deal with. For me it's 1) anxiety 2) racing heart and 3) woozy head
What are your 3?

My three worst symptoms are 1. Heavy, prolonged periods, 2. Anxiety, 3. Strange aches and pains. I could go on and on with the symptoms. It was difficult to just keep it to three, as I have many, many symptoms and it seems to be something different everyday.

Hi Ivey,
My 3 are 1) anxiety 2) actually combined whenever I'm in poorly ventalilated /overheated places - dizziness, foggy head, blurred vision, shortness of breath, crash fatigue 3) waking up every morning depressed and full of dread for at least 3-4 hours

My 3 are heart palpitations , bloating & dizziness . Just out the doctors this morning & have to get a colonoscopy due to having blood in my stool , so now that has taken over my anxiety .

Ivey, Initially my worst symptom was 1) PAIN. I had frozen shoulder, hip, leg and back pain. I didn't connect the dots will years later and was given vaginal Estrace. All the pain went away.
2) HAIR ISSUES it falls out and get very thin.
3) Vaginal atrophy and dryness.

Well, here's my rant for the day. My 3 most disruptive symptoms are: 1. spotting, 2. bleeding, 3. hemorrhaging.
Endless, prolonged "periods" are the root cause of everything for me, physically and mentally
I'm depressed, frustrated and distracted by constantly having to worry about bleeding, getting to the toilet, if I've ruined more panties, making sure I have enough pads, trying to feel clean, not feeling attractive or sexy, etc.
Bleeding makes me anemic, which makes me weak and fatigued, which makes me not want to exercise, which makes me struggle to keep weight in check and I just feel fat. Hemorrhaging gives me low blood pressure, which makes me dizzy, which means I can't dance, which means I'm not getting my "happy fix", which contributes to moodiness and makes me want to stay home and isolate.
I'm 54 and this endless cycle of spotting/bleeding/hemorrhaging is keeping me stuck-- I want to move on in life, but it's all about maxipads. Thanks for listening

One good news- I have not bought a black maxi skirt yet. If I bought one, peri will win!

I can relate, have so many ruined underwear. After a year of being regular, then spotting for weeks, heavy, light, regular again, then all of a sudden two months without anything. Although not celebrating yet. My older sister said she didn’t have a period for 7 months. Then, at the zoo with her first graders, in white jeans no less, and bam!! She was in the bathroom trying to clean her jeans. Nightmare

Oh, too bad it's such a distance. Would be nice to take a walk with someone other than my dog, though she's a great companion
