30mg mirtazapine third week

Been on 30mg of mirtazapine this is my third week what's the most serious side affects people had off them iv recently started having pain on my head blurry vision been doctors Monday told me see how I get on if still don't agree go back any advise

    Kathleen - I hav ebeen on 30mg for 13 days and have some good days but today I am feeling really depressed .  Did you feel this way as well.  I got headache and nausea as well.

      Hi lovely iv had every blooming side affect you can imagine in the first stages yes feeling depressed is normal you gotta feel worse before your better I honestly thought there was no way out of feeling depressed I'll have some good and bad days keep with it Kathy we'll beat this together 😊
