no one here can tell you what it is exactly.
if STD's are out of the question .
maybe get checked for STI's

by all STDs which did you test for? these bumps can be genital warts caused by Hpv which you don't get tested for. mollucusm contagiosum which you don't get tested for. a herpes test may be valid 3 months after the encounter. go and get checked by your doctor to evaluate the bumps.
