Does anyone have a higher heart rate & dizzi spells with mono? I've been measuring my heart rate and blood pressure. Prior to falling ill, 4m ago, i had a resting heart rate of 60-70 and blood pressure of 120/70. now my heart rate is 85-95+ and blood pressure is 140/80+.

I'm at 3.5 months. I am having dizziness, and shaky hands and my heart rate is higher, around 90bpm and 85+ while sleeping. my blood pressure today was 127/87. doctor said it's fine. I'm not googling because I'm already worried.
My usual resting heart rate is around 70bpm but I've only been tracking it since I got a fitbit in May.
