Hi, I have been on Sert (50mg) for severe depression and so far my anxiety and tension have improved but I am still very depressed. My mood has not improved yet. Does anxiety normally improves first and then mood?

yes i am. i have to be on it for at least 9 months to sort out my panic disorder. its working really well for my anxiety and panic
