You do need to see a GP and it does not matter that it is the weekend, don't hang on until Monday, you are important and you need help now.

An out of hours gp will just give me more lorazepam to get rid of me like they did last week and I can't take anymore of it it's addictive, just a quick fix ! I am in a black hole here

I felt like that, Sertaline gave me horrid side effects and I could not continue on it, I take a lot of medication for chronic migraine, the migraines are causing my anxiety, I just could not cope with any more drugs. I decided to take herbal tablets they have helped, you would have to check with the professionals if you could take anything like that as some are said to interfere with some drugs. Saying that maybe another week of Sertraline may start to work, then you would only need a few more lorazepam not enough to become addicted.

I found that I was increasing to rapidly..slowed it down..started at 25mg for 6 weeks..went to 50mg than to 75 in a 3 month period..back at 50 now and feeling better..this medication can be hard to tolerate..my Dr told me that if it was effecting my sleep my dose may be to high..it has worked for me..there is therapeutic value in smaller doses..you may not tolerate a high dose..everyone is different..
