6 Weeks Post Op and Cast comes off tomorrow

So I'm 6 weeks post op today cast comes off tomorrow what should I expect? I've been putting a lil pressure on the cast for the past couple days feels ok but I go in the boot tomorrow I'm a little nervous and apprehensive about it.

How was your first day in a boot of walking after the cast?

    Hi, 

    Yes PT will be gentle with your ankle and only move it as long as it doesn't hurt you. Mine asked me to do few movements and the ones I can't do I have to practice at home and every week I go back and able to do them so I can say I see changes weekly.  I am post 14 weeks now and walk unaided but still have swelling at end of the day.

      The doctor told me yesterday I'd get the swelling I'm taking it slow. I know it's a long process

    Ugh.... reading all of this is getting me more anxious about Tuesday. I so badly want to stand again and start to feel normal.
