7 months later hip replacement possible complications. need help please

I got a full hip replacement (more evasive one) about 7 months ago. The first month was good, but after and now it seems worse than before the replacement. My pain level is at an 8-10 daily, groin pain( both sides), both hips feel like their going to give out, daily migraines, right knee gives out, whole back is extremely tight all the time and I have horrible lower back pain. I've done tons of physical therapy, pool therapy, weight training, chiropractor, acupuncture and epidural steroid back injections. Nothing works, if anything it makes it worse. Only medication that kinda works for the pain is pot. Because all this I can barely walk. I am really lost, and have now fallen into depression because of it. Any advice please?

Going in for deeper steroid injections tomorrow. I hope it works but I'm starting to think their treating me for the wrong thing. Found out today I have a stryker accolade 2, which apparently is one of the worst implants
