a big white pimple on the penis head

So Ive had this pimple or lesion or whatever you want to call it on my penis for a while now. Been to the doctors, they cant seem to figure it out. At first I thought it might be lichen sclerosis but i dont know anymore. I need some advice as this isnt going away. Ive tried using canesten to no luck. Beside the pimple theres a white patch at the tip of my penis and I really do not know what it is. Please help.
