A little exercise is too much!

Just posted on last thread about the party and lost it - keep coming up "critical error" :steam:
At the end of the week my joints and muscles felt good - no pain but i develped headaches, blurry vision and diziness and now nausea. .
Why is it one symptom goes and another raises its ugly head?
Can you believe i woke up today with aching muscles - shoulders, arms, hips, bum and knees.
Want a laugh, my son got a Nintendo Wii for his birthday and i was playing the bowling game and i am aching now :puff: If i tell anyone that, they will just laugh at me in disbelief
Hope this post goes ok!

Having the same problem, critical error :steam: and then I managed to submit the same post twice
It is weird isn't it how the symptoms mix and match  There are some I would rather have than others but it is all so random
My headache is bad today and my throat is sore. Oh to feel well :o
This morning I felt like I had drunk too much last night and the room was still spinning, then I remembered it was the ME and I don't have a social life anymore :weird:
At least with a hangover it goes eventually

At least with a hangover, you know you have had a good time, to have headaches and dizziness for nothing is "pants" :wah:
I'm addicted to this Wii :tennis: but had to stop as my shoulder is about to seize up. Was just getting in some practice before kids come home from school as i keep gettin beat,
Although it's wrotten when this illness prevents you from playing a game with your kids

If I wake feeling okayish I can guarantee I will feel really pants by the end of the day or vice versa :? That's why it's just so hard to explain this illness to others. And isn't it also weird how symptoms can come and go or interchange literally within minutes. I'm never quite sure which is the most unpleasant of them either - I think probably the wonkiness and feeling spaced out and a bit nauseated - then again, it could be the PAIN!
I've actually just sent off for a magnetic device that a friend absolutely swears improves her energy levels and the pain from fibromyalgia - it's quite expensive and I won't say what it is - but if it works I will certainly let you all know!:ok: Here's hoping!
Take care everyone and keep posting.

Yes, those earplugs were an absolute disaster (they completely disintegrated in my lugholes and had to be vacuumed out, folks. )
Only good thing that came out of that was it restored my faith in the NHS after having been treated so promptly - mind you I think they all thought I must have been a bit bonkers in the first place!! But as Dale and I both agree, nurses NEVER read instructions!!
Yes, will let you all know how I get on with my magnetic thingy. I had promised myself that I would not be tempted to buy any other sort of 'cure' but, having beeen recommened by good friends, I feel I must at least try this one. Expect it will end up on the scraphead - or I will.
Take care everyone and enjoy the glorious sunshine (apparently ME sufferers are almost always found to be very depleted on Vit. D - interesting!) - something that was mentioned in my course, and several of the others agreed their blood test had shown this).

There is an article about Fibromyalgia in the Express today about homeopathic remedies. Something called ignacia. Supposed to help the pain when coupled with graded excersize and healthy eating. Says the sun helps too and Vit D
Let us know if the magnetic thingy works Katie

Sorry you are not basking in sunshine Never mind, think of all the wrinkles I will be getting and you won't! :weird:
Yes, will let you know about the magnet thing, but will probably amount to nothing other than just make my hair stand on end, or attach me permanently to the fridge (hmm - could be useful  )

Let the magnetic thingy have a bit of time Katie!
I have terrible wind at the moment , is that an ME thing too? Be good fun on the picnic, we will probably clear the picnic field with our emissions  Will have to find a field with animals :sheep: nearby so we can blame the wildlife
You have got an enlightened GP, Teedie. :ok: Let us know how it goes.
