A little exercise is too much!

Just posted on last thread about the party and lost it - keep coming up "critical error" :steam:

At the end of the week my joints and muscles felt good - no pain smile but i develped headaches, blurry vision and diziness and now nausea. .

Why is it one symptom goes and another raises its ugly head?

Can you believe i woke up today with aching muscles - shoulders, arms, hips, bum and knees. sad

Want a laugh, my son got a Nintendo Wii for his birthday and i was playing the bowling game and i am aching now :puff: If i tell anyone that, they will just laugh at me in disbelief

Hope this post goes ok!

Ha Ha - Hi Dale smile

Yes, excessive wind sure is part of ME - IBS is one of the many fun things that we can add to our impressive list of symptoms.

Luckily, I quite often have my daughters' dog to look after, so poor old Roxy gets the blame -:dog: Mind you, I think she has caught on judging by the withering looks she gives me. Just as well they can't talk.

If I am planning to go anywhere (where I can't let rip  ), I find that by avoiding wheat products at breakfast times can help, and I am really quite nice to know once again. But I love my cereals! We don't have many pleasures in life these days for heavens sake (unless your name happens to be Teedie, that is  )

    Take care
