A little update from me

hi lovely ladies, sorry ive not been on much, trying not to think about all this too much (yeah right!) anyway gallbladder scan came back ok, i told the gp it would, ive now had a numb butt and lower right leg and foot along with spine pain for a fortnight, docs think it may be sciatica, i agree but i think its the fibroids causing a trapped nerve, in bloody agony! anyway ive got an x-ray spine on tuesday and waiting on a ultra sound, external and internal, also ive had toothpain for so long i told the docs it was allergies as i have post nasal drip (never had allergies in my life, food or pollen, was a florist for many years, anyway dentist said my teeth were fine, told the dic she just went quiet, i need to eat normally again soon, two years same meal everyday, im choking and wheezing alot too, why cant they refer me to an allergist? do i have to die first!!! oh got app with gastro in a few weeks (pointless) as mostly hormones and allergies causing reflux, its a follow up from nearly 2 years ago pfffft, oh and i got doc to look at my skin, ive now got acne!!! how much more evidence do they need that this is hormonal, anxiety and depession through the blooming roof and i have low vitaminD its 15. anyway sorry to bore you all, ive probably missed something, will catch up with notifications later, peace out arghhhhh xx

    Hey Toria , you have been through a lot like me i had 3 different appointments with specialist but not much answer for my health problem , the GI doctor ordered ultrasound for upper abdominal pain and breath test for SIBO i already told her i did it less than a year ago any way im not satisfied the minute i leave their office i feel like i went there for nothing . I got you eating what you want mean a lot im like you i gave up eating so many foods i wish one day we might get a doctor who can solve the puzzle .

    hey goodness lots going on still:( Let me know how your Ultrasound sound goes for your spine and xray. Finally you are seeing specialists it's been a long wait.

    I bought a perimenopause book and it states Vit D is the Director of our hormones so its must vitamin to take.

    I've all of sudden keep getting swollen glands and flu! Bloods showed infection and saw the Dr today! He said its an reoccurring virus! No antibiotics needed. Made an appointment with another Dr for next week as my ears hurt so much!

      thanks for replying....do you get colds and sore throat too?

      I keep getting a cold every month and bloods showed virus/infection apparently it stays in your bloods for up to 8 weeks!

      Omg, Sandee!! I constantly have a red, swollen sore throat, earache and colored congestion!! Just can't shake this icky sick feeling. The body aches and dizziness is utter torture!! Makes you want to cry! Went absolutely nowhere with the ENT and GP. ENT had me on a wild goose chase wanting me to pursue allergy testing and very, very expensive weekly shots (which I cancelled). And my GP hands out antibiotics and steroids like candy. I took 4 rounds of various antibiotics and steroid pills last year. I just cannot do it anymore!! It hasn't helped one bit! To make matters worse my right ankle is now swollen and its painful to walk. Sometimes I wonder if I have fibromyalgia or some kind of autoimmune issue. Sorry about my long rant. But I do hope you feel better soon, hon! Take care of yourself. Kim.

      i always have swollen glands from allergies, ive seen lots of specialists just too spread out, its getting silly now as im getting alot worse xx

      oh goodness does it feel like a cold? As my ears hurt when my glands swell up! It feels like a bad cold!

      Im so sorry to hear that! Hope the swelling goes down soon. Mine still hurts!!!! But at least the swelling is confined to the right ankle. Ive been told to wear a velcro mesh brace when Im out and about. We'll see how it goes!! Take care.

      estrogen causes swelling, it will be the fluctuations, my ankle is awful and swollen, to make matters worse i now have allergies and estrogen increases histamine and vice versa x
