Ok this is going to be a long post I’ll try make it as to the point as I can
I have in the last couple months been having so many different things happening and no one is able to give me any answers
It first starts when I go to the doctor because my back is in a lot of pain, lower, middle, and upper I figured it’s because of my job I am a gardener and always bending and lifting heavy machinery and working long hours. I’ve had bad back pains and aches for well over a year now and thought it’s time to get checked out because my right leg also started hurting
Doc told me I may have sciatica with my leg and sent me for MRI on lower back to check for slipped disc that came back fine. he put me on Naproxen for a week and that was that .
About a week after I started getting a pain in my bottom right abdomen it felt like there was a lot of pressure there and also started getting a really uncomfortable feeling in my right side just under ribs which feels like a nagging pain when I lay on my right side and a heavy pain when i lay on my left side like there’s a weight pushing at my side it’s really uncomfortable rather then a specific pain. I went to A&E about it because it was worrying me and they thought I may have kidney stones so they did a CT scan but that came back negative for stones they thought also maybe I had a UTI but Urine test said i didn’t
A few weeks pass and the pain is still there so had blood tests done on liver function, kidney function, full blood count and all came back fine.
Then was sent for ultrasound on my liver, pancreas, gallbladder, spleen and kidneys all looked fine except for a slightly fatty liver and they couldn’t see the whole pancreas.
Oh and then they did another urine test which said I did have an infection this time so took antibiotics for that
I’m still worried and went to a private doctor Who said that he thinks it could be my back that’s causing these pains my posture being bad for a long time that’s aggravated my side
But I don’t know what to do Im now been googling my symptoms and I’ve got it in my head that maybe I have lung cancer which I know sounds crazy but they’ve checked my other organs and my back pain is worse in my upper right side / shoulder and I’ve read this could be symptoms of lung cancer
Im
Really sorry if this seems all over the place my mind is all over the shop right now it’s really starting to effect my life
If anyone out there has had similar things I would be grateful if you let me know how it’s going or what you’ve found out
Thankyou

How old are you? Male or Female?
You mostlikely have spinal osteoarthritis - causing your back pain and sciatica.
You may have radiculopathy other levels as well - causing this right sided tummy pain.
Do you smoke? Are you coughing up Blood? Have you lost a huge amount of weight?
If not - I wouldn't worry about lung cancer.

I smoked for about 10 years recently quit haven’t had one since this all started. I haven’t coughed up any blood and my weight is the same
Thankyou so much for replying to me btw I know that was a lot to read through and a bit all over the place so I appreciate it.

Sciatica is the commonest form of radiculopathy.

Sorry to hear about your back troubles... Sounds like you are going through a lot of pain and discomfort. I was going through the same thing for 3-4 years until i found a book called Healing Back Pain By: Dr John E Sarno. After finding a cure for my back pain i said i will reach out to everyone i can.
3 Years ago I was in a car accident that caused a whip lash in my neck which resulted into major Neck, Back and Left Arm pain. After MRI's and Ex rays doctors told me i have a C5-C6 herniated Disc. After 2 years of Physical Therapy, injections, seeing neurologist and spinal doctors nothing could help. My Back surgeon advised surgery and I thought that was my way out of this misery. 3 months later I had the surgery and i finally started feeling better! I continued to get rehab and massages for a year and a half after the surgery and i felt great! All of a sudden the pain came back with a vengeance. At this point i could not bare the pain i was dealing with.. I could not sleep, lift, sit or lay down without feeling some kind of pain or extreme discomfort.
This is when i found Dr. John E Sarno's Book. I've been reading all of his books this year and i can finally say i cured my back pain. This may sound crazy to some of you but what most of you are experiencing is not actually "back pain". It is oxygen deprivation that is making you think you have a back abnormality. We have a conscious and an unconscious mind. Most of you may have thoughts or repressed anger in your unconscious that you may have never addressed or faced. What your body is doing is distracting your mind from reaching into your unconscious by causing you to focus on a physical pain such as Back pain, Leg pain, Sciatica and so on.
Unfortunately Dr. John E Sarno is no longer with us and has passed this summer. I do not work for him or any of his colleagues trying to sell his book. I'm just a normal guy that experienced all of your troubles. Its an easy read and the book is 8 dollars on Amazon. Give it a try and you will thank me later.
