Having my first session of acupuncture to help with pain in neck and shoulders. Wondered if that's something anyone else has tried

My neighbor swears by it and it did a lot for years, she's running out of money worse than me though.so she can't go now. She's 87, went thru hip replacement and lots of OA but is more cheery than me. We are both in pain but we are in different bodies too.
So I better get back to acupuncture soon again.

Strange how the second we feel better we go back to our old ways and/or stop what helped us. Humans do NOT seem to be the smartest species. Lol
