Anyone here have CMV Mono as an adult? Was diagnosed and trying to figure this all out. If you have a current CMV or have had CMV as an adult, can you tell me your experience please? Than you.

Hey Sam,
It is good to see a post from you, hoping so much that the intensity of these awful symptoms are lessening - remember you will get there Sam for me it was 10 months God gave me a real breakthrough with it, sometimes it goes this way that you can struggle at the same level for what feels like an age with this thing and then take a big step forward in a short space, as if your body has final found the formula to keep it under control and start to kick it into touch for good. Of course timescales different for everyone Sam, just hoping and praying that your recovery and breakthrough begins to manifest, and I truly believe you are going to get through this and get there given me own experience and reading that of others and of course knowing that God is the great healer.
Hoping that remedy you are taking can continue to help and make a real difference - it's always great when people post ideas like this of things that have been helping them and can certainly be something others maybe consider trying if you think it's been helpful. Thinking about you Sam and do keep in touch let us know how things are going, and remember you WILL get there!

Oh thanks Sam for the kind words, it means a lot and I do hope so much that things are at least a bit more settled for you at the moment. Remember hang in there Sam, there will be a breakthrough and turning point, God willing you won't have to go through anything like you have this last 8 or 9 months again, I believe that Sam. Still up and down myself with some health, emotional and work issues, been a hard year and need God so much myself right now as quite fragile with everything that's went on in my life too.
Just grateful God is there and doesn't leave us no matter how much we (I particularly!) have messed up.
Take care Sam and do keep in touch, hoping for a good week ahead!
Craig

Hello everyone, I know this is an old post, but just wanting to talk to someone really. After feeling fatigued and not myself for the last couple of years my doctor did some tests (over 2 years ago now) and told me I had low vitamin D and B12. So fast forward to now, I went to the doctors 2 weeks ago, thinking I had a bad case of the flu and a chest infection, but mentioned my fatigue was worse. The doc did some blood tests and told me I tested positive for EBV and CMV! They could also tell I had glandular fever in 2017!! Scared and confused 😢 never heard of these viruses before, worried I may have passed them to my children who are 8 & 6, did I have the viruses when I was pregnant? Have I caught them recently? If so, How?! Please help xxx
