    Hi Mary,

You have been given good advice from forum members.. I have thought of going the "natural" way but couldn't get enough information. I did learn tho' that mixing mh. medication and homeopathic/herbs/ etc. is not a good idea.

    I thought about accupuncture,

even bought crystals....quite pretty but no success.wink

It is so difficult to find a med. that suits you and works, isn't it?

I hope that you are coping,

    take care

      Hi Mary,

I am "afraid" of meds. too. I have been on and off ad's for 14 years. The last 4 years tried so many different ones. Have made a decision to give the one I am on now at least three months to give it chance to really work. Give my poor brain a bit of a rest, with one pill instead of chopping and changing. Patience and willpower are what I need.

I hope you have people to help and support you and that you have a good doctor who you can talk to.

drink lots of water, eat well and healthy, rest when you feel the need and try to get some exercise. I expect you know all this but sometimes it helps to hear it again...

      take care

Mary, try Magnoflex bed pad. It is magnetic field therapy, without any medicines. It definitely helps!!!
