afib and magnesium

Can anyone tell me what is the best magnesium to take when you have afib .Thank you April

    When I spoke to my EP about this he said that there have not been trials on the proof of benefits of magnesium.

    I would go with Magnesium Citrate, preferably a tablet or capsule as pure as you can get without too much filler. I take 200 mg.
