33 after having my baby. Took me a year to realise and then I self diagnosed and it was confirmed by a biopsy soon afterwards.

Officially diagnosed with AV around age 66/67 ; thought any eventual mild discomfort was AV related. 69/70 saw gyn re fleeting internal itch, diagnosed with LS. Dr's theory it was also cause of itch. Eventually took one round of flagyl (only occasional twinge after). Been treating LS & AV with steroid & hormone cream for 8 months.

I noticed white spots on labia going back at least 8 years. Drew them to attention of nurse at time of Smear but was dismissed. Had night itching off and on, uncomfortable intercourse but nothing too bad. Had my son 3 years ago (aged 42) had a nasty flare up which I think occurred through breastfeeding (low oestrogen). Mentioned it to the gynae consultant by chance- I'd been referred to him for pain post c section. He examined me, took a biopsy and diagnosed LS. So to answer your question!.. 34 and 43
Ive been re referred back to gynae recently as have some changes to anatomy of labia making intercourse impossible due to pain 😫
