**i was recently diagnosed w PMR and am now taking pred. I realize I have to stop drinking, so far 3 days! not easy. alcohol really helps me w stress and pain
Anyone else in same boat?

Dont worry about a glass of wine we all drink with pred. When i saw my rheumatologist in
January he told me to have a glass if red wine everyday. i had a dry January it made no
difference to how i felt. So you go girl and enjoy.

I didn't give up my nightly scotch and nobody ever suggested I should.
