Am I just being paranoid?

Hello Ladies!
I have written a couple posts on here before and I'm hoping you can help me again because I am going crazy with all these symptoms. I will try to describe it briefly and not make this super long.
Here is the post about my initial symptoms (the first month): https://patient.info/forums/discuss/ovarian-cyst-symptoms--651567?page=0#3151237
Since then my symptoms have only gotten worse. I'm still nausea at least once a day, I am exhausted, my stomach bloating has increased to the point I actually look like I am a little pregnant, the pain occurs at least once a day but varies in frequency and intensity (although I almost feel I am becoming adjusted to the pain - is that possible?), I get regular hip and lower back pain (worse the last few weeks), and just generally feel off if that makes sense. I also feel fevery more regularly than feels normal and I have more frequent headaches that affect my eyes. I had daily migraines for about 2 weeks which I think stemmed from waking up one morning with a very bruised and sensitive back of my head (I have heard this couple of been due to glands but also it was a stressful time so it could have come from that).
Since this all began, I have had an abdominal ultrasound and hormone blood tests that all came back fine. I have seen a chiropractor to see if any of my pain or migraines were from a displacement or injury. My migraines have reduced since but no effect of my pelvic pain. I have seen my GP a few times now and was just given an IBS pill and told my pain was probably from bowel spasming which I don't think it is at all. I have been taking the pills for about a week with no change at all. I really feel that this is ovary related but I am starting to question myself.
Am I just being paranoid? I am doubting myself because not a lot of my symptoms are not constant. I mean they are in that they occur at least once a day but some days are worse than others and they don't often occur the entire day (but it is usually one thing or another- just not always all at once). The bloating is pretty persistent but I am also a little overweight. But then I haven't put on any weight since this all began (including the bloating) and it feels more solid than I would think it would with fat, which makes me think it's not weight related.
It's all just taking over my life completely and I feel like I've gotten nowhere in the last 4 months. Am I being paranoid? Do I ask to see a different GP? Can a request more testing?
Any advice is appreciated

Oh I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having such a hard time.
Personally I think that we intuitively know our own body and if you feel that something isn’t right, you should definitely get a second opinion or even a third. Have you had an X-Ray, CT and internal ultrasound? If the pain persists can you go to emergency to get these tests done?
Personally, I had on and off horrendous stabbing pain, massive bloating, weight gain and a battery of other symptoms. Over the course of about 2-3 years I went to my medical centre more than 15 times for different related reasons and found the GP to be quite dismissive... They referred me for an external ultrasound about 6 weeks that came up clear. About 3 weeks ago my partner insisted that I go to emergency with the pain and they found a 22CM x 20CM x 18CM cyst on my left ovary and I was rushed into surgery s few days later to get it removed (plus my ovary and tube). It was a very harrowing time! Perhaps if I had of gone to emergency a few years ago to get the proper tests, I might have both of my ovaries today..
I think you should be super vigilant and persistent in your quest for answers and definitely get more tests done. Even if you drive the GP bonkers with your persistence, your health is the number one priority.
Hope this helps xx

Hi Janine,
Thanks so much for the reply. I'm so sorry to hear you've been through such a rough time. I have had no X-Ray, CT or internal ultrasound. I also had a clear external ultrasound around 6-8 weeks after this all started and have found my GP dismissive.
It's going on 5 months of this now and it's completely taken over my life. Between the pain, nausea and exhaustion I'm really struggling. I have made an appointment with another GP next week so fingers crossed I can get referred for a different scan.
Thanks again!
