Am I missing out?

I had my knee done in England on the NHS 3.5 weeks ago. My post op care consists of 2 week and 6 week physio and then 6 months visit to the consultant.

Its not that I'm longing to be tortured by the physio but it seems everyone on here has a lot more to do with physios.

    I had an NHS TKR 5 weeks ago I left hospital on day 3 with a list of excercises and I will see a physio when I see my surgeon 7weeks after the op. Otherwise I'm on my own smile

      Don't ya get pt at home? I been on my own lol. It's hard... But u can do it...

      Nope I'm just doing my own thing but I'm getting along fine 👍
