Am I normal?

    Hi I started mirt in January because my doc thought citalopram may have stopped working after being on them for ten years I started in 15 mg then up to 30mg then 45mg I was totally zonked I just couldn't function my depression never left me perhaps my anxiety was helped.I started my decrease in may and was down to 15mg about 4weeks I contacted my surgery and after talking with the practice nurse it was suggested I stop 15mg of mirt Sunday Miss a day and start 10mg of citalopram Tuesday that was just 1 week ago I have been back to the surgery three times this week anyway I am now on 20mg citalopram and can take up to 6 /2mg diazepam each day I am going through hell I wake 5 30am immediately the stomach tremors start hot and cold gagging just want to sleep to get out of these terrible feelings how long will this last I'm desperate

    Hi there I'm new to this forum so hope I'm doing it correctly ,for my experience I'm not good in the day but get better in the evening

      How are you now and what levels are you at?  I think we are at similar stages.  Its not easy here.
