OK, I see.  Now, something happened to me yesterday and for me this is light at the end of the tunnel.  9 months ago I was diagnosed with Chrnic sinus with mild cojestion.  Unike many I had no sysmtoms besides feeling hot, hard nasal briething only sometimes for a short period of time and 3 dizzy periods that lasted 1-2 seconds.   My nauru did all the test and nothing was found.  Then after the brain MRI and Brain CT they found the sunis.   Well, basically threated my self for this with very little help from my PCD and ENT.   I finnaly ended learnng many home made remedies and I also  took SUDAFED for children.  Yes,I have HBP ( under control) so I decided to go easy on it.  It worked, sonus got better and no more heavy nasal breathing and dizzy spells.  Well, yesterday I decided to take another dose of SUDAFED because I was feeling like my sinus was comming back and my ears felt strange as well.  I did see my ENT and they said my sinus had nothing to do with my light headed so they sent me home.  Guess what, after 1 1/2  hours my light headed got better- I would say 70-80% better.  It lasted all afternoon and night.  This is the first time in 30-45 days I feel bettter as for the light headed.  Anxiety?  Well, I believe my light headed created my anxiety which created my lack of air ( and sinus as well).  I'm not saying this was the problem and the cure, I'm just saying it got better so I will keep track of this and update this forum as I go. btw, make sure that heavy head is not sinus as well, because mines came with no warnings.
