hi sorry it took me so long to answer just finished  work.  thank you so much everyone for your advice.  i thought i had all this anxiety under control just when im at work i worry bout something happening.  its silly but i constantly feel as though im  going to have a heart attack even though i know everything is fine with my heart.  my back and shoulders hurt with being so tense cant remember last time i didnt worry bout it .  when at home i feel much safer but still tense.   i have got some relaxation techniques i use but will also try some of your suggestions thank you so much.   the doctor suggested antidepressants but dont really want to go on them or hrt if i can get it under control with vitamins and natural remedies i would rather and it helps so much knowing i can come on here and talk to all of you thank u x

    Hi:

I have the opposite problem.  I am fine when I am around others, and simple awful with anxiety when I am alone.  Thankfully I do not have to work anymore, I get too unorganized and my mind races around.  I cannot believe the work I did and the load I was doing and enjoying all of it.  Breathing helps me, a walk around the block, meditation of some type, sounds corny but it helps.  I have tried talking to friends to get myself vented but no one really wants to hear it.

    Hope you find some relief.

    Kathy
