I have had anxiety since the age of 19 I'm now 35 but I try to stay strong and been on and off tablets which I no is not really a good approach. I have been fine for nearly a year tablet free until the last 2 month , my anxiety is back and I'm struggling to deal with calming it down , mostly physical like chest pain , my breathing dizziness and constantly feeling bloated however can't remember if been bloated was ever apart of anxiety

I know how you feel, apart from the meds. I struggled with social anxiety up until I was 16, then I got a lot better, Then I smoked a lot of weed and threw my entire world into chaos (i'm 17 now). Now everything makes me nervous, I dissociate, I have violent thoughts and fear hurting myself or others. I have this ongoing delusion that i'm going crazy or dying or dreaming or in a coma, etc. It's just so unfair and awful that everything can change in a moment.

I would say try switching to another pill. I don't really know much about meds because I only ever took Prozac and it didn't help me but maybe having meds again after so long is inducing some type of reaction..? It also takes a while to get used to new medications.
