Anxiety and negative thoughts try to enter my head while I'm actually calm and having a good time

I really don't know how to explain this correctly but anxiety, depression, depersonalization, and disturbing thoughts try to enter my head when I'm having a good time or calm/relaxed. For example, today I was with my friends actually having a good time but anxiety kept trying to come in my head reminding me of those horrible thoughts and feelingsee. Drove home pretty calm but now that I'm home. It hits me harder. Just wondering if anyone had this experience or know what I'm trying to say? I'm still trying to figure this out.

...and this is how it all began. You need ti be very aware of you thoughts. When this happens use cbt skills. Qustiin these thiughts and ratiinalize them out to squash them. We have about 6000 thoughts a day. You do not have to believe any negative thoughts or intrusive thought that come to mind. It is challenging but if you are aware of it thats wonderful because then you can ratiinalize it out. I think some refer it to as ANTS. Not the bugs, it stands for something with negatuve thoughts.

Thank you all for your response. Knowing that I'm not the only one makes it so much easier. Talking to real people that been through this and going through this instead of the Internet and Google. Thanks everyone.
