Anxiety in the stomach

Has anyone had the feeling of anxiety in the gut? Even after a bm I get this shakiness. My stomach is constantly popping and if I touch it I can hear the gas bubbles ..It feels so weak and nervous. I also have this feeling of something in my throat. I had thyroid testing done and t3 comes back low. Im wondering if it's my thyroid. I m freezing cold especially my feet and temp is around 95 this week. I feel like my body is out of control. 😢

Hi Marry,
Sorry to know you are suffered. Me too, I have the same symptoms. Look like you have hypothyroidism.I have hyper one. A lot of doctors would not pay attention to thyroid disorder especially when it is in sub-clinical one.

Lucy are you on any meds for your thyroid? Do you know if this can be brought on by peri? I called my naturopath yesterday and asked him why am I feeling so bad and about the bloodwork I showed him. He said blood work is ok and the supplements he gave me should treat this. I've had it in the hypo and hyper range before and from than on it balanced. My thyroid test have always been normal until now( perimenopause). What would you suggest I do because I am so miserable. I can't sleep, eat, rest though im tired but wired up and irritable.

yes thyroid can be out of whack from hormones! Yours could be hashimotos which swings back and forth between hyper and hypo which would explain why you felt ok for 2 months now your wired could be hyper at the moment, have your doctor do antibodies testing if it shows high antibodies then its hashimotos, and really the only thing that i have found to help is anti inflammatory diet keeps symptoms in check..

I'm going to request further testing. Then last time the whole thyroid panel was done antibodies were ok. only t3 out of range. The next test was normal then it went to hyper. She wouldn't put me on meds because she said it would probably mess it up. So next test and every test afterward has been normal until now.
