Anxiety levels very high will fluoxetine work

I have been taking 20mg of fluoxetine and 80mg of propranolol for 7 weeks now and it has improved my mood but my anxiety seems to be really high I am having sweats, shivers, head pressure, tense muscles, burning chest. Not sure if i have gave the fluox enough time or it won't help my anxiety.

I got diagnosed the meds mostly because I was suicidal from my own worries and thoughts from anxiety, my mood has improved but I have the above symptoms left.

Any advise will be very much appreciated.

    Having a bad day today, Day 56 today and I feel like I'm slowly going back to square one, I'm worrying about everything and having lots of negative thoughts I cannot control them, feel like im driving myself crazy again and feeling like I will never be better again.

    Feeling very negative towards the medication and thinking all the same doubts I have had before like how will a tablet stop these worries its impossible.

    Its week 8 tomorrow and feel like this has been going on for too long and I haven't got the energy anymore.

      Are you doing better? I am at two weeks on 20 mg and have lot of anxiety still.
