Anxiety physical symptoms!!!!!!!!!!

Hi is it possible to have constant physical symptoms without actually being worried. Like my physical symptoms are killing me, but i don't feel i have any negative thoughts.... Like i live a happy life but Daily i find it hard and struggle with something. I now have daily dissiness, naucea, that trigger me to have panic feelings.... I also get lots of muscle tension, feel i dont sleep well, always tired, exhausted, lethargic. Suffer from chronic headaches and neck pain. I have to be in random situations for me to feel urges of anxiety, like i noticed that if i engage in a conversation with someone and start laughing i immediately start to feel off and weird and heightened anxiety. I try to avoid ppl as much as possible because of this. When there are mettings at work i dread them because i can feel my anxiety working its way up on my body to the point i feel my body is going to explode. Its weird................ By the end of the day im so tired all i want to do is get home and sleep it off. Its like everyday is a battle.

It's definitely possible. I was doing great a month and a half ago, in a positive mindset, going out with friends all the time then it hit me out of nowhere. I was at work and had a panic attack and had to go to the ER bc I thought I was dying. Ever since then, I find it hard to even get through the day. My brain is constantly tired, feels like it's going to shut down. I have dizziness, nausea, tension headaches, head feels heavy, major fatigue, etc. Haven't been going out at all. I'm sorry you're going through this and I know how crippling it can be. Especially when all tests come back normal. I wish I had a magic cure for you but I'm still waiting on that myself! I just wanted you to know you're not alone with how you feel. People that don't have it don't understand how sick it can make you feel. Have you tried any meds for it?

Hi yes Ive tried so many meds in the past 5 years but honestly i just dont want to be on anything. My doc put me on Nortriptiline for 1 month then took me off it and im on week 2 of a dissiness hellhole. Ive never experienced dissineess like this ever. Its there constant, wont go away, not sure if its because of the meds withdrawl. She says its not related because i was on only 10mg for 1 month and tapered down for 2 two weeks. Seems weird because i took this med for 1whole yr exactly a yr ago and it was working great! but she also took me off it. I feel these doctors dont even know the extenct these meds will do to your body. Now i feel super dissy daily, nauceous, and my anxiety is just 10000000x times worse. I cant focus, im in constanst state of fear and panic but yet i have to come to work and feel uncomfortable all day long. Im so over all this. This dissiness is what scares me the most daily. I suffer from chronic neck pain and that just makes my head feel heavy, headachy, numb, tingly, all these nasty weird sensations that scare me and spike my anxiety as well......... Ive had every test done as well and they cant find anything. All i take daily is magnesium. As my anxiety has has scared me into taking any meds i dont know why... i carry xanax with me but i wont take it,.

I've had the same symptoms as you from perimenopause. I started taking Lemon Balm Leaf capsules and drops along with a high potency probiotic. Both have been the only two supplements that have helped me with a shift in my anxiety over the last 8 months. Everyone is different but, just wanted to reach out about that as a suggestion. I had the neck pain too and then it traveled all to my right forearm. Don't know if you will experience that but, I did. Eventually the pain will go away overtime. Hope you feel better.

I'm going through pretty much the exact same thing so I know the feeling! I suffer through work barely making it through the day most days. I don't like taking meds either. I've been taking 5mg of Citalopram for about 4 weeks now and I'm thinking about tapering off and trying something more natural.
How long have you been experiencing these symptoms? Was there something that happened that might've triggered it?

If you taper off your med , give hemp oil a try

I haven't in a couple of years, but it was low then and I had to be on Vitamin D3. I think my level was 19 at that time. I quit taking it about 6 months ago because I read somewhere that taking it if you didn't need it could cause irreversible damage, but I probably need to go have my levels checked again.
