    Hi Jess

I can relate to this. I increased my citalopram from 20mg to 30mg just over two weeks ago. I find myself wrapped in my own thoughts at times and I find it hard to concentrate on what’s going on around me, or what people are saying to me. I’ve heard this is normal and will pass. My therapist taught me a grounding technique, have you heard of it, perhaps that might help? I find getting outside and getting some air helps me get back into the ‘present.’
