Have you ever heard or seen the product headache relieving wrap. A nurologist pattened it. Its a thick blue wrap, iced in a nice packed velcro ensemble and you basically wrap it around your head and it stays in place with the velcro. So when your laying down, it doest drip or move. I just found it online and thought of you. So i figured i would mention it. Β It reaches more of an area then the usualy ice packs.

Pinterest is an app. It is like one stop shopping for everything under the sun. You can search anxiety. Then it will give you a ton of info and a bar across the top will have colored boxes of choices..remedies, cures, foods..etc.. It is a positive place to learn about everything and anything. You can search people, places, things, Β anything you can think of to type in. They infographics as well, charts makes everything simplier to understand and anecdotes. They have meditations, i can list here forever thats how great it is.Β

Hey! I have had a lot of the head symptoms that you have and I am in the process of ruling out cardiac and neurological problems through different doctors. My cardiologist suggested that I might be getting ocular lobe migraines (which are completely treatable), but I still think that it might be anxiety. I was just wondering about your process of getting to the place of discovering that your symptoms were anxiety and panick attacks. I am so afraid that I actually have a neurological problem, and reading your post was very calming for me. Thank you for posting! I have also heard that heat is helpful, so I agree with the person who suggested compresses.

Yes these head sensations are horrible, but I've been to the eye doctor twice , (two different drs) and I've been to the neurologist, and a headache specialist, had all test done , MRIs , cat scans, blood works and saw a endocrinologist , all test I've had came back great , which is a blessing , so my doctors and therapist and pysch doc all diagnosed me with anxiety / panic disorder.

I have every head sensations there is Im litterally living in fear constantly 247 a day I'm convinced I have a brain tumour and that I'm going to have a stroke or a hemmorhage any second, I've been doctors and they just putting it down to anxiety, which it probably is they looked in my eyes and said that they Deffo don't think I have a brain tumour and anxiety is causing my symptons, sometimes my head like feels full and my ears have a ringing noise does this ever happen to you?

Sorry I took so long to reply , but yes my head always feels full , I don't have the ringing anymore , but I have had it , I believe I've had every head symptom there is , right now I'm more so experiencing the tightness, and soreness, and tingling and burning , and a little tension too. And I feel like at any moment I'm going to just drop , but based on what the doctors say and test results I'm perfectly fine !!

No worries about the late reply smile and yeah I litterally always feel like weird in the head but like not pain just weirdness so hard to explain rolleyes. I'm constantly in fear of dying any second. I have counselling next month but even though the doctors have told me i don't have anything physically wrong I still believe there's something wrong with my brain

      Do you feel like this?

That's the same way I feel trust me ! But how.I look at it is because it kind of comes and it actually goes , so because it actually goes , nothing is seriously wrong because it would ever go away it would be consistent and much worse by now as long as I been dealing with this !!! πŸ˜”πŸ˜”πŸ˜©πŸ˜©
