Been started on a new anxiety tablet called "paroxetine 10mg" has anyone taken these before and what size effects and things have people had, and have they helped anyone?

Side effects when you first take them are pretty horrible but definitely worth persevering. I take Seroxat (also paroxetine) for anxiety and it's just been brilliant (though not all anti depressants work for everyone, my sister does better on citalopram for example). I found starting off on half a tablet easier than going for the whole thing. And they just make you want to sleep and I got pretty nauseous too, so I took them about an hour before bed for the first month. But once you're used to them you don't even know you're taking it. I even lost a bit of weight because I wasn't comfort eating crisps all the time!
