Well here we are, we got through another day, another weekend and that is something to look back on as a positive. Every time I get the other side of a bad moment or day I thnk well done.
Keep those you love in your heart and all negatives at bay.
We know it ain't easy and we sometimes feel we don't have the strength. In the end thank goodnes for these anonymous friends that cannot, nor will not judge you, just support you and embrace you.
Big up Tina X

It is so nice to see how many people care and support each other - it makes me want to cry. That is what is missing in so many peoples lives - people to encourage and support each other in times of their needs.
Katecogs is so right. I belong to a fellowship here in England and Spain. I found religion so hypocritical - but true christian values - being the most important one of all love in the fellowships makes you feel part of a family - as they tend to be small groups with all dominations and non judgemental and oh so supportive.
I don't know what your beliefs are/are not, but that doesn't really come in to it, but they are so trained in support, encouragement and being there for you. The guy who taught me to counsel and was my pastor had done it for 25 years - was just so amazing at helping me put my issues to bed. One of the main ones being guilt for leaving my first husband, but he reassured me could't have stayed in that relationship!!
I hope and pray that you are feeling better today.
When you have that meeting you must be honest with them and let them know what you have been going through.
The police etc are all too involved in things like this and trained for it - one of my friends was a police woman - went on to be a social worker as enjoyed it. You are no trouble to any one love, you are some one that has been through a lot and needs support at the moment, it is nothing to be ashamed of or feel guilty about as lots of people do, that is what they are there for. Just keep reaching out. We have all been there.
As always in my thoughts and prayers and lifting you up.
Mel Xx
p.s. that pastor was the samaritan that told me he had a call with silence and that they were trained for it.
