Anyone else with these type of symptoms fibromyalgia or lupus?

Okay so I just heard back from the doctor and they tell me that I have another swollen lymph node in my groin area but there is no infection anywhere in my body there is no other medication and he's going to give me other than Naproxen and he's telling me to follow up with the oncologist that saw me due to the swollen auxiliary lymph nodes. I guess I'm just really really tired and I really want to know what the heck is going on and this is taking too long and very upsetting. Has anybody ever gone through this with swollen lymph nodes in the auxiliary area and in the groin area but no infection and no arthritis?

I have swollen lymph nodes down in my vaginal area, it can be so painful, doctor says its part of my Fabriomyalgia, I also get them under my armpits, and neck, they seem to disappear then come back, no ryhme or reason. I totally understand your frustration. ☹️
