    Hi Mike

I can only repeat my treatment for allergy problems. I have found Evening Primrose Oil to be the most effective treatment for hay fever, rhinitis, and allergic sinusitis.

Simply take one 1000mg capsule each day and see the results. Evening Primrose Oil works in about 4hours and it is effective for a further 24 hours, so one capsule daily is usually sufficient.

Try this treatment for two weeks and see the results.

    Kind regards, Ray.

      Raymond,

What specific symptoms is the Evening Primrose Oil helping?

      Hi Pete Dam

In answer to your enquiry regarding specific treatment for Evening Primrose Oil.

Evening Primrose Oil desensitises the nervous system, so that it does not react to normal irritants that cause hay fever, rhinitis and allergic sinusitis.

It simply reduces the body's reaction to things that normally cause problems. It is not a drug, so it does not affect mental capacity or cause adverse side affects.

After spending a lifetime on specific treatments for this problem, I found this miraculous cure for my chronic sinusitis.

It is a very inexpensive treatment for a very troublesome problem.

      Regards Ray.

Hi Ray,  Maybe we should all try the CISCA Salt Pipe.  It's recommended for : Asthma, Allergies, Hayfever, Coughing, Sunus problems, Breathing problems, and Bronchitis.

Google it and see for yourself.  Or just put into Search Engine Cisca Salt Pipe.  The site that came up for me a woman was demonstrating it.  Quite cheap too with no postage and packing added.  I'll definitely be purchasing one.  If it doesn't hel with my ETD it sounds as though it will help everything else.  It's my sinus issues and allergies that caused me to produce too much mucus which in turn gets into my eustachia tubes, causing the dysfunction.

Anything worth a try.  A year ago I purchased what's called The EarPopper at the cost of £100 in my local pharmacy......didn't work for me !!

Pass on the Cisca Salt Pipe details to other people

      Regards Anne

I've suffered this condition for years and tried everything out there to no aval.  This problem now causes my eustachian tube dyfunction where I make a lot of mucus that gets stuck in the tube and that's far worse than

the rhinitis itself, which causes a blcoked nose....such awful conditions.  Have you tried using a sinus nasal rinse every day.  I'm in England and I buy NeilMed Sinus Nasal Rinse..  Also try and build up your immune system and in all health shops you'll find something, a good gut bacteria is good to take too....all of which I do.  Sadly, I have to use Flixonse Aqueous Steroid Nasal spray and when it gets really bad Flixonase Nasules....these work well and definitely for Rhinitis.  I also take Turmeric that's supposed to be good for inflammation.  Have you been told that yours is allergic rhinitus.  Mine is and I suffer many allergies, so have to take a daily antihistamine.  Yep !  I must rattle, but try and do as much as I can to try and help myself without having to keep bothering my doctor.  However, I see my ENT consultant twice yearly for the ETD.

    Good luck

Hi Dear, i am from India and i would suggest you to buy the following nazal drop, this is the only nazal drop which is not having any side effects and better than any other alopathis nasal drops, name is Cephagraine drops by charak pharmacy, i hope u will get it on also try to use anti allegic or immunity buil-up medicines like Immunity by company. then u will get relief for long term or may be permanently , depending upon if u take medicine regularly for minimum 3 to 4 months, 2 capsules in morning, 2 in night. for 3 months. i am getting relief by this medicine only for long term relief. also, 2 drops of this cephagraine nasal drops when ur nose is blocked. it is all natural . problem with antihistamine drops is that u can not use iot for more than 10-15 days continously.it may cause nose hair damage and subsequently other breathing problems in longteerm.

    Hi PeteDam

I find that Evening Primrose Oil works in about 4hours, and lasts for a further 24 hours, so one 1000mg capsule each day is normally adequate.

These capsules are readily available in good supermarkets

    Kind regards Ray.

Thank you Anne for your concern. If I had not found a perfect solution to my chronic lifelong allergy problem I would be interested in any way to overcome the problem.

However, in my case I found a miracle cure after over 50 years of chronic sinusitis, so I want to alert other sufferers to this cure.

Evening Primrose Oil overcame a lifetime problem that specialists could not cure.

    Kind Regards Ray.

Hi Raymond, after I read your comment of Oil of Primrose I bought myself some.  I used to take it years and years ago as they reckons it helped with PMT.  I have been taking it now for approx 2  months, a high strength, but can't say that U've noticed much of a difference with my sinus issues and post nasal drip. I'm prepared to try anything and will kprobably buy the Salt Pipe, as I also uffer asthma, although it's completely controlled.  Sinus can cause so many different problems, from headaches, neck aches, lightedheadedness and possibly the ETD too.  I will continue with the Oil of Prim though, plus all the other vitamins in the hope they will help too.

    Thanks Anne

I suppose one can hope that Evening Primrose Oil is a cure for all allergy problems, but if some get the extremely good benefit that I have, then I will be quite satisfied.

    Kind regards Ray.

Morning, you are correct about taking Probiotics.  They do have to be the correct ones with the right bacteria in for you.  Recommended to me by a nutritionist that LACTOBACILLUS gosseri KSB and BIFODBACTERIUM bifiden G91 longum are the best to take.

Hi Ann, I googled LACTOBACILLUS gosseri KSB  but didnt fine much. DO you have any links to those two products you mentioned?

Morning Mike,  I'm afraid I don't have a link for those probiotics.  I guess all we  can do is buy them and try them.  I think I will give them a go.  I've been drinking a little bottle of Yakult every morning for years and years, however not too sure they have the correct bacteria in them, so I will be going into Holland and Barratt to buy and try those that were recommended.  My friend is a qualified nutritionist and is always sending me links for Rhinitis and ETD, but they are via face book.  I'll message her this morning for the link and send it to you.  I only get blocked on my left side and also left ear too.  I cant say that the Oil of Primrose has done much for me.  I'm still using the Flixonase Nasules and they certainly are helping with the ETD.  Ears have been good for a few months now.  Only allowed to use these drop for a max of 6 weeks though, so dreading having to go back on the Flixonase Aqueous spray as I know all the problems will build back up again.  The Nasules dry up all the mucus and Post Nasal Drip that the Allergies and Rhinitis cause, sadly the spray isn't strong enough to do this.  I can even smell and taste while using the drops, sadly that will go again when the inflammation returns.  No sinus headaches either.

      ?Anne
