Could it be an eye twitch but you feel it in your ear like a flutter? I get that often.

I hope the twitching has subsided sweety.
I have just experienced muscle twitching in my leg. Before I started suffering from health anxiety, I would have thought nothing of it. In fact, I can recall having this a while ago for a few days and then it disappeared.
It's probably and pretty much certain its related to my anxiety even though I don't feel anxious. It likes to remind me from time to time that its still there and not to slack off with cbt, excercise etc haha!
I have also developed ringing in the ears, not super bad but enough to be annoying. I think my sensors are elevated and might be due to medication??
We have to keep reminding ourselves that we are strong and this will go away like all the other symptons of anxiety. Easy said than done I know...
I hope you're feeling better and that you are looking back on this and thinking how silly it was getting anxious over twitching in the eye??? Let me know if this is the case, I hope so 😊 xx

ready. Its enough. I have had enough. No one gets these things. Its too weird. I read on another forum stress related, or tmj related..inflammation somehow. Who knows. Thank you for your response though, i do appreaciate it. Sometimes i feel so alone when these strange things occur. To make it weirder i have been taking magnessium to keeo my nerves calmer. Now its making me not like the magnessium. Do you think the magnessium has anything to do with it? Idk im on no meds except i took a bit of a xanax after that ordeal.

I have to go to the specialist about my mtj, more $$$ still cant open my mouth without pain which in turns gives me an earache!
Magniesium is good to take but don't go over the recommended daily dose. I wouldn't think it would cause the twitching and might just be a number of things such as tiredness (you might not be sleeping well even though you feel you are) alcohol can cause it, dehydration and the almighty anxiety causes it (even when we sleep). Just another random symptom.
I guess these things will come and go, its about how we manage it.
Maybe try medication? You deal with these things better. It has helped me, especially the anxiety attacks and nausea. Dont get me wrong, the first weeks on medication was horrid for me but worth it.
Have you seen a phychologist? CBT does help, I just need to continue going and doing it, even when I think I feel better.
Don't let it win, you're a strong cookie!
