    Hi Lisa,

Could it be an eye twitch but you feel it in your ear like a flutter? I get that often.

Oh Lisa, I am so sorry your feeling like this. We struggle every day. Yesterday was the best day I have had in 4 months. Today started okay but now it is all kicking in. You are not alone. Hugs

Thank you. I know its good and bad days. Just some of these wacked out symptoms become too much at times. I ended up taking a xanax i just cant entertain these anxieties at times. Grabbed my daughter and went to lunch.haha. This crap is not allowed to own me. I know my stress level shoots off muscle twitches and it needs to stop. I am Healing and my mind best jump on board lol

i hope we have better days as each day comes and go too!! Id like very much to enjoy my life already. My body needs to be happy and stop all this.idc anymore what ailments i have been diagnosed with i want to exist for whatever time i have left twitch free and pain free. I feel i have suffered enough.lol. I dont have health anxiety (i dont look for an issue ever, i just get anxious at times with what i have) but i freak out with health stuff that occurs and thank god most of it is transient. I need to rememeber that and stop the stuoid what if.. My eye doctor told me two days ago my optic nerve seems stable and feels it will stay stabile so i believe him. I have no clue wtf that twitch in my ear is except i have been using magnessium glycinate and it puts me out to sleep like a baby and i think i must have been in a weird head poisiton. Im going to assume that so it will not happen again i switched up my pillows. I tend to sleep and my body like weights itself down if that makes sense. Thats definetly stress related, like the tmj. I thought the magnessium would be great for that. Idk. But it does knock me out to sleep.  I want to wish you good luck and speedy recovery  on the 22nd and from what i have read it fast, quick and easy so i hope thats how it goes for you. Im still going to be on here but less. I dont think reading these discussions is so good on a daily basis for my healing. I will check my messages though. Feel good and thank you for always being so kind.

Lisa, so glad you went out for lunch with your daughter. My kids are terrific with me. Actually my son left yesterday and drove to Philadelphia to see a couple of blue Jay games. He goes somewhere each year in the states to see a game. (Gee's he sees enough of them here in Toronto)......anyways......he has been constantly texting me knowing how I am feeling. Such a huge heart he has.

My daughter will call from work and say to me. Mom just called and I will be right home..

I as you have been thinking the last day or two that maybe reading to much on here is not good. I also look for your posts though..

I am now going to go out for an hour. As being in this house all the time is not good. And thank you for remembering the 22nf. It is coming faster than I want.

The sun is shining here today, so and I just watched a rabbit nest iny cedars, do o guess it is a good day...

    Hi Lisa,

I hope the twitching has subsided sweety.

I have just experienced muscle twitching in my leg. Before I started suffering from health anxiety, I would have thought nothing of it. In fact, I can recall having this a while ago for a few days and then it disappeared.

It's probably and pretty much certain its related to my anxiety even though I don't feel anxious. It likes to remind me from time to time that its still there and not to slack off with cbt, excercise etc haha!

I have also developed ringing in the ears, not super bad but enough to be annoying. I think my sensors are elevated and might be due to medication??

We have to keep reminding ourselves that we are strong and this will go away like all the other symptons of anxiety. Easy said than done I know...

I hope you're feeling better and that you are looking back on this and thinking how silly it was getting anxious over twitching in the eye??? Let me know if this is the case, I hope so 😊 xx

It was in my ear and felt horrible. Woke me up. Scared the daylights out of me. I have some allergies going on but that sensation and sound is to never happen to me again. These weird symptoms have to stop,al

ready. Its enough. I have had enough. No one gets these things. Its too weird. I read on another forum stress related, or tmj related..inflammation somehow. Who knows. Thank you for your response though, i do appreaciate it. Sometimes i feel so alone when these strange things occur. To make it weirder i have been taking magnessium to keeo my nerves calmer. Now its making me not like the magnessium. Do you think the magnessium has anything to do with it? Idk im on no meds except i took a bit of a xanax after that ordeal.

Its very frustrating Lisa and I to sometimes feel alone with these weird symptoms.

I have to go to the specialist about my mtj, more $$$ still cant open my mouth without pain which in turns gives me an earache!

Magniesium is good to take but don't go over the recommended daily dose. I wouldn't think it would cause the twitching and might just be a number of things such as tiredness (you might not be sleeping well even though you feel you are) alcohol can cause it, dehydration and the almighty anxiety causes it (even when we sleep). Just another random symptom.

I guess these things will come and go, its about how we manage it.

Maybe try medication? You deal with these things better. It has helped me, especially the anxiety attacks and nausea. Dont get me wrong, the first weeks on medication was horrid for me but worth it.

Have you seen a phychologist? CBT does help, I just need to continue going and doing it, even when I think I feel better.

Don't let it win, you're a strong cookie!

Oh the tmj thing can be a beast. Thats why i took the magnessium glycinate.  I think i slept wrong, if thats possible. That magnessium really does make me sleep like a magic and its only one capsule of it. Must have leaned weird on my jaw or neck triggering the ear twitch. I have no clue. I have told myself that crossing the line lol... That symptom is not allowed to exist or flourish in my body ever. I have to have a say in this somehow. I have seen all the docs and therapists. I cant use meds due to health ailments. I have to do this on my own with the rare expection of a little tiny dose of xanax once in a while. I do use suppliments, unsure how that works out only my body knows and i get b12 shots at the doctors. So im there a bit with that. I will just believe is will pass, it will. I have to stay positive, the alternative makes a huge mess. Thank you so very much for your kindness. I hope you feel better as well. We all deserve to recover from all this and get a swing at being healthy and happy people! Boy oh boy we would all be a bunch if very gratful people to be freed from all this.

I've had that in the past. It doesn't happen any more. I'm pretty sure it's due to stress and anxiety. XX

You know i was on another forum and thats what they are saying. They said the anxiety causes bruxism i use a mouth splint custom made too.(i have tmj) and sleep issues as a result then you clench and set off a eustatian ear dysfunction. I cant believe all this. Theres a whole forum about it. I had this in may and they said it was sinus then and i was on antibiotics which seem to work for a few weeks. Now Im not even congested. Hard to believe it sinus anymore. My daughter just called shes not feeling well and i got so stressed it happened whilst on the phone..that would be stress related. Wow. I need some miracle here.i cant take meds i have eye issues being watched. None of those meds are allowed as per optho nuero. I need some heavy prayers lol.
