Hi priya. Yes I definitely feel like this. It's awful. I've gone from running everyday to struggling to walk up the stairs without feeling out of breath. I'm 46 and feel like I've aged 20 years in the past couple of months. Even bending down to put some washing in the machine makes my heart rate spike and then I feel shaky. I'm so so fed up of feeling like this.I've had all the heart tests too as I ended up in hospital in Nov because my heart rate went to 210 BPM for an hour. Was so scary. All heart tests came back normal and the cardiologist said palpitations won't harm the heart. I'm on beta blockers at the moment but been told to come off of them at the end of Feb. Am so scared of what my heart will do when I wean off them. I am taking magnesium also as this is meant to be good for palpitations and anxiety. Are you on any HRT? Hugs to you, you're not alone in this xxxx

so sorry to hear that:( I have palpitations as well especially in the mornings after breakfast its more pronounced. I've noticed that I'm always on high alert as to what's happening in my body and any and every symptom makes me so anxious. I'm not on HRT or any such medications. Chest symptoms are the scariest for me especially when there is pain.

Hi priya - I just posted a reply but it says it's being moderated. I don't know why this keeps happening when I post. Anyway, it'll probably show up soon.

Just wanted to let you know that I feel the same way. It's awful.

    Hugs xx

yes priya i get that sometimes, if iv been in thr garden and do what i normally would of done years ago it now drains me of energy and i get shaky legs, feel i have to eat something quickly as if my blood sugars dropped. its scary and infuriating. iv had all the test like you and all ok so dont really know why it happens but your not on your own.

yes that's how I feel as well. as if blood sugar has dropped or something and that I have to rush to eat something or else something is going to happen, so scary and wierd! my legs feel so weak and shaky too. Haven't felt myself in 2 years now. there is a wierd hard to explain feeling all the time, I don't know if it's the flight or fight feeling. I even feel my head is shaking when I try to hold still. scary!!

Hi Priya, I've had this happen in the garden. I had to sit down and I wondered what in the hell was going on. I was fine before I started pulling the ivy out and climbing up and down a small ladder, then on another day I felt fine. This was a couple of years ago. Taking Vit D has helped me loads with aches and pains. Like some other ladies, I had a job to get up the stairs. My GP at the time said it was down to stress but I now know it was hormones. I think as long as you know it's hormone related you just have to pace yourself, take time out and don't give yourself unachievable goals. I was terrible for the old 'Ticklist'! this and that had to be done by the end of the day. Take care. xx

I am thinking this is so hormone related because every tests came back normal. but these scary symptoms sometimes makes me think what's going on if it is just hormones ๐Ÿ˜ฆ yes my dr also says every symptom of mine is due to

anxiety, sigh!! so many symptoms head to toe..

    Hi Priya,

Yes, I used to feel like this just after doing simple housework, like vacuuming. I felt weak, dizzy, shaky and like my heart was about to give out. It was very scary. So, for a while my partner took over the vacuuming, sweeping, etc. Thankfully, I haven't had this in almost a year now and I am fine again with doing simple housework. Hope it stays that way.

Hang in there, my dear. This too shall pass. xx

Hi Priya, this was me 5 yrs ago. Same exact feelings after doing yard work or anything that took more energy than lifting a bloody spoon. I would then go into total panic attack mode after the fact. My life was total hell. Thank God that stage has passed. Hoping never to see it again. What your going through most of us had gone through or are going through. it will pass trust me and it will all be a memory. Just take it easy and don't over exert yourself. praying for you ๐Ÿ™ and hang in there. God bless ๐Ÿ™
