    Hey Priya..

Hard work, yard work, light work, ANY KIND OF WORK period is a DEBILITATING CHORE, when it comes to the dreaded menopause! It is evident, you're DEEP in the throes of menopause, and believe me, just like most menopausal sufferers, ALL hell can and will break loose at any given time. WE don't get to choose when we will be: sane, happy, competent, loving, mentally and physically well, alert, cognizant, upbeat, the life of the party, socially functional, etc... WE have menopause and hormonal imbalance to thank for those horrible symptoms we experience relentlessly; they are synonymous, so when you hear or see menopause/hormonal imbalance, know that they go hand and hand; just like peanut butter and jelly! The bottom line is this: We are being held hostage by this natural part of our lives. In the meantime between time, do YOUR favorite things to keep you sane. Also, drink plenty of water, eat plenty of fruit and veggies, and take your vitamins; the ladies on this forum are sooo... right, this too shall pass. Be well, my menopausal sistah!
