I have a severe health anxiety and i get a lot of weird symptoms, it ruins my daily life im scared for my health im constantly thinking that im not going to live lond, im not going to have a normal life and im young and it irritates me.
It would be nice if someone with health anxiety will say how he/she feels, whats symptoms do you get, because sometimes i feel very lonely and like im the only one who has this....
Thanks!

Anxiety is truly debilitating. I recommend that you go see a doctor. Because your worries are about your health, I believe that your doctor can lessen your anxiety greatly. Doctors are professionals that you need to trust in their diagnosis. That is the first step in solving your healthy anxiety.
Then after that, you need to realize that it is anxiety and you need to focus on getting rid of that anxiety. I suggest looking up popular books on anxiety and how it takes control of your mind so you can work on lessening the obsessive thoughts about your health.
If you go to therapy, they will also recommend CBT. If you look it up on youtube, CBT is techniques to calm your mind and have more control over your thoughts.
One of the biggest game changers for me is writing 5 things I'm thankful for before I sleep every day. After about two months you will feel more positive. And the key is that YOU CAN'T BE THANKFUL AND FEARFUL AT THE SAME TIME.
God Bless you on your journey. Feel free to message me anytime!

Definitely, I know it will help. I know it's hard to get yourself to go, but try your best to gather the courage to do it. Also, you don't want to bask in anxiety as much as possible. The longer you wait and worry, the harder it will be to get out of that state. But don't worry about that, just try to get yourself checked!

I understand exactly how you feel. It sux ai feel like I can't function at work at home with my kids and family like I can't live a normal like. And it's scary. I wake up with palpations headaches. And I'm also going through this thing called depersonalization and disrealization.

You are defeinitely not alone! I don't know that I'd have much else to add that anyone hasn't already, but I do take fish oil pills every morning because I'm so afraid of heart disease from anxiety. Heart disease runs in my family and my chest gets really tight and my heart pounds when I have anxiety, but fish oil is one of the best ways to help prevent heart disease I've been told.
I was afraid to go to a doctor, too, btw. I didn't want them to confirm that I had anxiety, but once I accepted it things have only gotten better! Best of luck.

This sounds exactly like me, it's taking over my life! I felt ok for a couple of weeks but it's come back and I've got the vibrating feeling in the top half of my body, really noticeable heart beats, chest pain, upper back pain, I've convinced myself I've got a lung problem. Get pins and needles on and off, just can't shift the feeling there's something really wrong with me!
What symptoms do you get? X

Yep I sometimes feel like I'm not going to be able to breathe, find myself having short and shallow breaths. I've had the blood tests, ecg's and a cardio memo machine fitted for 24 hours all normal but I've not had a chest X-ray yet, hoping if I get one I might accept the fact I'm not dying!! It really is awful to deal with though and gets you so down
especially when you think you're doing ok and it comes back out of nowhere.. what meds are you on? I've been on citalopram since early march it's changed the way I think in some ways but the panic, pain and anxiety are all still there

Firstly I know what your going through
Secondly it sucks!!!
I have had anxiety all my life (35yr) and have been on meds for years. Sometimes I'm flying but then other times I think I'm dying. I literally create symptoms. My new thing is not sleeping. HOWEVER you can learn to live with it.
I'm married have two kids and hold down a good job even though I as mad as a box of frogs. Places like this are great because you can share these irrational thoughts. Also talking about it helps lots.
Keep talking and keep fighting.
You'll be ok no doubt 😉
