so my vagina has been sore for a while now especially when having sex as its been difficult to open up and after. but ive only recently looked properly and i have various red lumps on the inside of my vagina opening - which explains why its been difficult to have sex. are these cysts & should i go and get this checked out by a GP???

doesnt look like cysts looks like normal vaginal anatomy, vaginal opening is very bumpy like that. perhaps could be thrush? any itching / discharge?
