Are these dots normal? Or do I have an std?

i think they may be fordyce spots, but there is a bump under the skin as well and i think it may be a pimple but im not completely sure. @imagei think they may be fordyce spots, but there is a bump under the skin as well and i think it may be a pimple but i'm not completely sure. The white spots don't itch or really bother me by any means, the area is really red because i had to keep messing with the area to tak@e the picture. And because i'm freaking out.

    Hi Anon,

    Yes, the tiny bumps are simply sebaceous glands but can't see the red bump you are referring to.

      its gonna be on the right side when your looking at the photo its just a bigger red bump than the others.
